The community newsletter feature automatically sends an email summary email to your community members, including a digest of:
Active Threads: The last post a member interacted on - plus the freshest replies from others.
Top Posts: The most trending content from public channels, so no one misses what’s hot.
Posts from Followed Members: Personalized updates from creators your members follow.
Upcoming Events: The most relevant upcoming events, making sure they never miss a moment.
Clickable Cards: Every post, thread, and event doubles as a call-to-action - one click and they’re engaging back in your community.
You choose how often it sends (daily, weekly, etc.), and it runs on autopilot from there. It's a simple way to keep your community active and engaged with zero manual work.
From the main Ivorey
menu, go to [Communities] > and click into the Community you want to manage
Go to the [Settings] tab > click [Newsletter] from the side menu > and toggle the [Newsletter] ON
Select your desired frequency for the newsletters to send:
Daily
Weekly
Bi-weekly
Monthly
Click [Save]
Yes, each member can manage their subscription using the “Update Preferences” link in the email.
Currently, the Community Digest email itself cannot be edited. The platform only allows you to adjust the frequency of when the digest is sent, but the content and structure of the email are not customizable at this time.
