This guide provides a clear, step-by-step process for migrating your funnels from your current platform to Ivorey
. It is designed to remove guesswork and ensure your migration is completed in the correct order, so you can switch over to your new Ivorey
funnels seamlessly.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Migrate from Kajabi, Kartra, Systeme, or ClickFunnels to Ivorey
Recreate your funnels so you can continue selling or gathering leads
Transfer your current funnel leads over smoothly
Cancel your previous funnel hosting platform once your funnels are fully set up in Ivorey
Before you start building, it's worth spending a little time gathering everything you'll need. Funnels are made of a lot of moving parts, and having it all ready before you start will save you from hunting things down mid-build.
Audit your existing funnels and save the necessary content. You'll often find that not everything needs to come across - this is a good opportunity to only migrate what's relevant and actively in use.
Done means:
All of the copy from your funnels has been saved - we recommend pasting it into a plain text editor (e.g. Notepad or TextEdit), to strip away any hidden formatting code from your current platform, that can cause issues when pasting into a new builder.
All images, banners, and design assets are downloaded into organised folders
All videos are either downloaded, or the embed links have been saved
All digital products or downloads (PDFs, workbooks, templates, etc.) have been saved
All product and pricing details are noted - including payment plan structures, coupon codes, or anything you'd like to recreate in Ivorey
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 2.
If your funnel has been actively collecting opt-ins or customers, those contacts live in your previous platform. You'll need to export them and import them into Ivorey
with their relevant tags, so they're in the right place before your new funnel goes live.

Done means:
All contacts are visible in Ivorey
Tags are attached to the correct contacts
Contact count matches your export
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 3.
How much your funnel URLs will or won't change depends on how your current funnels are hosted, and what domain setup you're working with. It's worth understanding your situation before you start building, so you can plan ahead.
If your current funnels run on your old platform's branded domain (e.g. yourbusiness.kajabi.com) - your URLs will change when you move to Ivorey
. You'll connect your own custom domain or subdomain to your Ivorey
funnels as part of the setup process. Any existing links shared publicly - in social bios, email campaigns, or ads - will need to be updated once your Ivorey
funnels go live.
If your current funnels run on a subdomain you own (e.g. yourproduct.yourdomain.com) - you may be able to preserve the same URL. When your new funnels are ready, you can point that same subdomain across to Ivorey
. Keep in mind that a domain or subdomain can only point to one site/funnel at a time - so the switchover will need to happen only when you're ready to go live on Ivorey
and take the old funnel down.
If your current funnels run on a URL path (e.g. yourdomain.com/product-name) - you may be able to preserve the same URL. If you're planning to connect that same root domain to Ivorey
(e.g. yourdomain.com), you can recreate the same path when setting up your funnel - meaning your URL can stay exactly the same.
To learn more about your domain options, please refer to our Master Help Guide on Domains. Please remember to only connect your domain when your funnel is ready to publish, and note that it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to reflect (if relevant).
Done means:
You understand how your current funnel domains are set up
You have a plan for how you will transition your domains to your Ivorey
funnels
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 4.

With your content saved, contacts imported, and your domain situation understood, you're ready to build. Ivorey
includes done-for-you templates for both sales funnels and opt-in funnels - available in the Template Library and ready to customise. In most cases, starting from a template and applying your existing copy and assets is faster than building from a blank canvas.

Done means:
Your funnels have been completely rebuilt in Ivorey
Your products or offers are connected correctly
Your workflows and emails are set up, and running smoothly
Your new funnels are live and published 
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 5.
Historical analytics do not transfer to Ivorey
. If you'd like to keep a record of your conversion rates, page views, or revenue data from your existing funnels, export or screenshot that information from your current platform before you close your account.
Going forward, Ivorey
has built-in funnel analytics showing page views, opt-ins, and conversion rates per funnel step. If you use external tracking tools like Meta Pixel or Google Analytics, these can be added to your Ivorey
funnel pages via the tracking codes. Please refer to our Third Party Pixel Tracking guide for detailed steps.
Done means:
Any relevant analytics from your previous funnels have been saved
(optional) External tracking tools have been connected to your Ivorey
funnels
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 6.
Once your Ivorey
funnels are fully live and tested end-to-end, you're ready to cancel your previous platform. We recommend doing this as a final step - only once you've confirmed everything is working correctly, all active links have been updated to your new Ivorey
URL, and any relevant data or content from your previous platform has been saved.
