Ivorey’s Affiliate Manager allows you to create and manage campaigns that track affiliate performance and payouts. Unlike other platforms where a single campaign covers all offers, Ivorey™ requires you to create a separate affiliate campaign for each specific offer. This setup gives you more flexibility and precision when managing promotions.
Each affiliate campaign you create will typically be tied to a specific offer, meaning most businesses will end up having multiple affiliate campaigns - with each campaign tracking leads and commissions independently. This allows you to create different commission structures - for example, you may want different commissions for selling a low-ticket course versus selling a high-ticket 1:1 container.
Each campaign is tied to a source, such as a funnel, website, or form. Affiliates promote using unique links generated for that campaign. Tracking is campaign-specific, meaning affiliates must share the correct campaign link to earn commissions for a specific offer.

Create your first affiliate campaign (set up the campaign source, products, commission structure, and more)
Set up PayPal API for easy affiliate commission payouts (optional, but recommended)
Create your affiliate signup process (create the signup form, funnel, and workflow so new affiliates automatically get added to the campaign)

Can I pay my affiliates via Bank Transfer instead of PayPal?
Yes! Bank Transfer is an available payout method for Ivorey™ Affiliate Campaigns.
Follow the steps below to offer Bank Transfer as an available payout method:
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Marketing] > then along the top menu bar hover over [Affiliate Manager] > then select [Settings]
Click on the [Affiliate Portal Settings] > then toggle on 'Configure Payout Methods' if this is the first time setting up, or click [Edit]
In the popup screen you can select the Payout Methods you want to offer your affiliates to set up in their affiliate portal > then click [Save]
Your affiliates will now see the selected payout methods in their portal, and will be able to add their details to receive their commissions.

Each affiliate will need to login into their affiliate portal to add their payout details to receive their commissions. They should have received their affiliate portal login URL in the welcome email you setup, but if not, you can send them your client URL link where they can click the [Check Affiliate Earnings] tab to get to their Affiliate Portal.
One in their Affiliate Portal they will need to click on the [Payout Methods] tab displayed along the top menu bar of your screen
Then click the [Add Payout Method] button and enter their PayPal email ID or Bank Details if you have selected Bank Transfer as an available payout method
