Plus these complimentary inclusions
  • Website templates

  • Funnel templates

  • Email templates

  • Female-led in-house tech support

  • No platform transaction fees

  • No lock-in contracts

  • Zero hidden charges

  • $10 USD credit for optional add-ons or pay-as-you go items (more on that below)

Most Ivorey™ users will never use more than the inclusions - and that’s by design.

Plus $10 USD in free usage credit - every single month

There are a few optional tools inside Ivorey™ that connect to external services - like email, SMS, phone calls, or AI. These have real usage costs on our end, billed to us by major telecom and delivery providers. Instead of inflating our base pricing to cover this, we give you $10 USD in monthly credit to use however you like. That could cover:

  • Up to 10,000 emails per month (at $0.001/email)

  • Or a mix of email, SMS, calls, etc. depending on what you choose to use

This credit is automatically applied each month and expires at the end of each billing cycle.

Why we chose this pricing model

Most platforms give you 3+ plans to choose from, but they all come with limits.
You’ll often find yourself hitting a cap on:

  • How many products you can sell

  • How many courses you can host

  • How many funnels or contacts you’re allowed

...and when you do, the “upgrade” is usually a steep price jump. We didn’t want that.

At Ivorey™, we created one plan - the Ivorey™ Plan - with more than enough power, features and inclusions than 90% of our members will ever use.

You get everything upfront. No gated features. No usage caps. And then if your business grows or you want to add extra tools like:

  • High-volume email

  • SMS

  • Phone calls

  • AI bots and extras

…you simply pay as you go, only if you actually use them. Every month, we also give you $10 USD in free credit to cover a lot of that usage anyway. This model means:

✅ You’re not punished for growing
✅ You’re not locked-in to higher tiers during quieter seasons
✅ You don’t pay for features you’re not using
✅ And the Ivorey™ Plan stays affordable for everyone

Simple, flexible, and built with real businesses in mind.

Optional Paid Add-Ons (Only If You Use Them)

The Ivorey™ Plan includes everything most businesses need under one simple and affordable plan. But if you choose to add-on certain premium features or use beyond the standard inclusions, that operates on a simple pay-as-you-go system.

Optional Paid Add-Ons
  • Sending emails beyond your $10 USD credit limit (e.g. over 10,000 per month)

  • Using email verification to clean your list instead of using third-party platforms

  • Sending SMS messages, making or receiving phone calls

  • Using AI features and bots

  • And more

warning icon
You’ll never be charged for these unless you actively use them. We also give you $10 USD/month credit so you can use towards these additional features if you want to - keeping Ivorey™ affordable and in your control.

Inside your account (Settings > Billing) you'll find your Wallet. This is where your $10 USD credit gets applied every month. You can monitor a breakdown of your usage from this section. You are responsible for maintaining a wallet balance (via auto top-up) in order to use the pay-as-you go services.

Pricing Breakdown For Optional Add-Ons and Pay-As-You-Go Services

Below are the optional add-ons and pay-as-you-go fees. Please note these fees are always billed and processed in USD, across all accounts, regardless of your account's default currency or location. Once charged, your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount from USD to your local currency, based on your provider’s exchange rate and any applicable fees.

Note: If you're in AUS, please note 10% GST will be added on top of these amounts.

Frequently Asked Questions About Billing

Can I get a refund for unused wallet credits?

Wallet credits are non-refundable, even if your account has been cancelled. Wallet funds are prepaid credits for usage-based platform services such as phone, email, AI, and other communication charges. Once funds have been added to the wallet, they cannot be refunded to the original payment method.

Why do SMS credit charges sometimes exceed $10?

SMS credits are billed in USD. If your account is billed in another currency, exchange rate fluctuations and bank conversion fees can result in charges slightly higher than $10 USD.

This is not related to SMS usage, message volume, or conversions. It is solely caused by currency conversion at the time the charge is processed. In some cases, an additional credit may be applied to the account to offset the difference.

Why am I being charged more than expected for outbound SMS? For example, if I send 50 outbound SMS messages to AU numbers, shouldn’t the charge be 50 × the per-SMS cost?

An SMS segment is a unit of measurement used to calculate SMS charges. Each segment consists of 160 characters. If the message exceeds this limit, it will be broken into multiple segments, increasing the cost.

Example:

  • A message with 160 characters = 1 segment

  • A message with 161 characters = 2 segments

The more segments your message contains, the higher the cost. You can use this Messaging Segment Calculator, to calculate the number of segments per SMS.

How are workflows charged if a premium action, such as “ClickSend SMS”, is added?

When using workflow premium actions, charges apply each time the action is executed, regardless of whether the message is successfully delivered or fails. Billing is based on the attempt, and not the delivery result. If there are multiple retries or failed attempts, each attempt is still charged. Please see the pricing table above for information on the cost per execution.

Do location-based SMS sending rules still apply when importing a Twilio number into Ivorey?

Yes, imported Twilio numbers follow the same SMS rules and restrictions as numbers purchased through Ivorey™ directly. However, it’s important to note that all SMS sending rules are determined by Twilio, not Ivorey™.

Twilio has different SMS capabilities depending on the country. Some countries allow only domestic SMS sending, some allow international SMS, and others may not support SMS at all. Because these rules vary by country and may change over time, there is no single universal rule that applies to all locations.

For example, if Twilio restricts SMS sending for a particular country, the same restriction will apply inside Ivorey™, regardless of whether the number was purchased through Ivorey™ or imported from Twilio. For example: New Zealand supports phone numbers and calls, but Twilio does not support SMS sending there, so Ivorey™ will also follow that limitation.

How to confirm SMS capability

Since Twilio updates its rules regularly, the most reliable way to check is to:

  • Send a test SMS to confirm if it is supported

  • Review Twilio’s country-specific capabilities

  • Check the error message returned when sending SMS (Ivorey™ will display Twilio’s error responses)

If the number is connected to a personal Twilio account, it is recommended to contact Twilio Support directly to confirm the exact SMS capabilities for that specific number and country.

How are tokens calculated for AI features?

Tokens are the unit AI uses to measure how much information a request takes to process. Every time you use an AI tool in Ivorey (e.g. Ask AI), both your prompt (plus any files or context) and the response generated are broken down into tokens. The more complex the task, the more tokens it uses.

Usage increases with longer or more detailed prompts, multi-step tasks, image generation or visual rendering, pulling in external data (a URL or uploaded file), more messages within a session.

For example: A member asked Ask AI to import products from an external store, match pricing, and update the account's currency - a 15-step session that cost around $1.29. A simpler task, like drafting three email templates from a brief, and providing a full outline for a funnel (landing page, form, and booking calendar), cost around $0.77.

So cost comes down to how much work a session involves, not how often you use it. A simple request will always be at a very low cost, and a long, multi-part task with images or several steps will use more.

How are runs calculated for Managed Agents?

For AI Employee subscriptions, usage for Managed Agents is metered in runs rather than tokens. Otherwise, on pay-as-you-go, usage is based on token cost.

A ‘run’ is an execution of your Agent, and how it's counted depends on how the Agent is triggered:

Trigger Type

One Run Equals

Example

Chat Message trigger

One session

3 separate chat sessions = 3 runs

Event trigger (e.g. Form submitted, Appointment Booked)

One event received and executed

A Lead Tag trigger firing 12 times = 12 runs

Schedule trigger

One scheduled execution

A daily scheduled trigger over 30 days = 30 runs

Once your included runs (100 on Growth, 1,000 on Unlimited) are used for the month, additional usage continues automatically at pay-per-use token rates.

You get 30 free test runs per month via the Test Your Agent panel, so you can try an Agent before it goes live. Chat test sessions are capped at 400,000 tokens per run - a longer session (e.g. 520,000 tokens) counts as 2 test runs.

What happens if I go over the included usage on an AI Employee subscription?

If you reach a monthly limit, such as 1,000 responses for Conversation AI on the AI Employee Growth subscription, extra usage automatically continues at pay-per-use rates with no interruption. Alternatively, you can upgrade to the Unlimited subscription to get higher usage.

However, usage for Ask AI and AI Studio is measured in rolling 5-hour windows rather than monthly totals. If you reach the usage limit within a window, access pauses temporarily and resets automatically when the 5-hour window refreshes. Since the window resets multiple times per day, this is unlikely to affect most everyday usage.

How do I calculate the Conversation AI cost per conversation/message?

Conversation AI pricing is based on token usage, for both input and output, and varies based on your selected AI model. To estimate a final cost per conversation/message, you must calculate the input token cost and output token cost separately, then add them together. Here are the formulas:

  • Input tokens ÷ 1 mil. x selected model input price* = total input token cost

  • Output tokens ÷ 1 mil. × selected model output price* = total output token cost

  • Input cost + output cost = total cost

*See the current model prices in the Pricing Breakdown table above

Example using Chat GPT-5:

  • 100,000 input tokens ÷ 1 mil. x $1.25 USD = $0.125 USD total input token cost

  • 25,000 output tokens ÷ 1 mil. × $10 USD = $0.25 USD total output token cost

  • $0.125 USD input cost + $0.25 USD output cost = $0.375 USD total cost

What are the different types of WhatsApp messages, and how are they billed?

WhatsApp bills each delivered message by type. The type depends on what the message is for and whether it's a pre-approved template or a free-form reply.

  • Marketing messages are promotional - offers, announcements, event invitations, abandoned cart reminders and re-engagement campaigns. They must be sent as approved templates and are charged per delivered message, whether or not the customer has recently messaged you.

  • Utility messages are transactional updates tied to something the customer has done or agreed to, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and appointment reminders. They're also sent as templates and are charged per message.

  • Service messages are free-form replies that resolve a customer's enquiry or issue. They can only be sent inside an open customer service window (24 hours), whether sent from the inbox, a workflow or Conversation AI. Once it closes, you can only send approved templates and each is billed under its own category (Marketing/Utility).

The first 1,000 service messages per phone number each month are free. After that, each one is charged per message. If you’re using Conversation AI, those charges still apply.

  • Free entry point conversations - when a customer messages you through a Click-to-WhatsApp ad or a Facebook Page call-to-action button, and you reply within 24 hours, a free entry point conversation opens. It lasts 72 hours, and any type of message you send in that time (marketing, utility or service) is free. After the 72 hours, standard rates apply again.

For example, if a customer messages you through an ad at 10 am and you reply at 10 pm the same day, the free window starts at 10 pm and runs for 72 hours. If you don't reply within 24 hours, the free window isn't triggered and normal billing applies.
