Product reviews help build trust and influence buying decisions in your store. This guide walks through how to view, approve, and manage customer reviews so you stay in control of what appears on your product pages.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Review and manage new customer product reviews
Approve, unapprove, reply to, or remove reviews from your store
Understand how review statuses work and where to find them
From the main Ivorey
menu, go to Payments > hover over Products in the top menu > and click on [Reviews]
On this page, you will see tabs for:
Pending: These are new reviews you have received, that still need to be reviewed by you to approve or disapprove
Approved: These are reviews that you have received and have been marked as approved and will display in your online store
Unapproved: These are reviews that you have saved but have declined, and will not display in your online store
Trash: These are reviews that have been fully deleted and will not display in your online store
Your new reviews will appear underneath the Pending tab. To manage a review, hover over the relevant review and click the three dots [⋯] next to it. From there, you can: Approve, Unapprove, Reply, or Delete (Move to Trash)
You can also choose to leave a reply to the review in this section, if you'd like to.
(Optional) Changed your mind about an Approved review? No problem! Inside the Approved tab, you can hover over the relevant review and click the three dots [⋯] next to it to Unapprove, Reply, or Delete them
