This article is one step from our Master Help Guide: All About Online Stores. We recommend starting with the visual walkthrough video and examples inside the Master Help Guide before diving into the technical breakdown below.
Each Master Help Guide acts as your project plan, teaching you the feature, laying out the steps in the right order, and linking to every resource you'll need along the way.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Review and search all your store orders in one place
Filter your orders by status, payment mode, source, or date range
Export your order data for accounting or reporting
Track abandoned checkouts and see when they've been recovered
Collect any remaining balance owed on an eligible one-time product order
The Orders tab gives you a complete, searchable record of every order placed through your store. From here you can filter and sort your orders, review individual order details, keep an eye on abandoned checkouts, and export your data whenever you need it for accounting, reporting, or planning purposes.
Your full order history lives in one place, so you can quickly find what you're looking for without digging through individual funnels or products.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Payments > and click Orders
Use the filters at the top right of the list to narrow down what you're viewing:
Status to view all, pending, completed, or cancelled orders
Payment status to view all, paid or payment pending orders
Payment mode, to view all, live mode, or test mode orders
Source type, to view orders from all sources, a funnel, website, membership, payment links, events, external, and manual
Note: If you delete the product or funnel linked to an order, the order record itself stays in your Orders tab. This keeps your accounting and reporting history intact.
Use Date Range on the top left to view orders placed within a specific period
Use Search to look for a specific order
Click the [Import as CSV] button in the top right-hand corner of the Orders tab to export your order data as a CSV file, which will download automatically and is ready to open in your spreadsheet program of choice
Note: Your exported file includes the item name, quantity, price, discount, subtotal, product ID, and price ID for each order, along with currency, subtotal, tax name, and tax amount. The Total field reflects your order's final amount as a plain number, without a currency symbol.
If a customer starts checking out but doesn't complete their order, you'll find it listed here, giving you the chance to follow up and recover the sale.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Payments > click [Orders] > and select [Abandoned Checkouts] from the dropdown
Review the customer details shown for each abandoned order, including the items they added to their cart
Check the Status column to see whether that customer has already received an automatic notification about their abandoned cart.
Note: You can configure your automatic abandoned cart notification emails by going to Settings > Notifications.
If a customer returns and completes their order, it will automatically be marked as Recovered, so you have clear visibility of your successful recoveries
For eligible orders, you can collect an outstanding balance directly from the order itself, rather than needing to set up a separate invoice or payment link.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Payments > click [Orders]
Open the relevant order from your Orders list to view its Order Details page
Click the [Collect Payment] button
Choose how you'd like to collect the remaining balance:
Using a manual payment method
Using the customer's card on file
By entering a new card
If you're moving across from another platform, you can bring your past order data into Ivorey™ instead of starting fresh. Imported orders count towards your revenue reporting and dashboards, so your figures stay complete.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Payments > click [Orders] > and click the [Import as CSV] button
Download the sample CSV template provided, and use it to format your historical order data
Upload your completed CSV file
Review the preview of your data, then confirm the import
Note: A linked transaction is created for every imported order. Each order is also matched to an existing contact using the customer details in your file, or a new contact is created if there isn't a match.
This is simply to keep your export fields consistent with standard accounting terminology. The figure itself works the same way, it's just been renamed for clarity.
When an order includes more than one product, each product and its tax details are listed on their own row. This means each product's revenue and tax can be allocated correctly in your accounting.
