Before You Dive In

You can technically host multiple businesses inside of the one Ivorey™ account, however there are some things to consider.

The features that you can use inside of Ivorey™ to host multiple businesses:

  • Websites and funnels with their own unique domains

  • Social media scheduling to separate accounts

  • Forms and surveys

Limitations

However, for a more streamlined backend, it is best practice to host them on separate accounts due to following limitations of running them within the one account.

The limitations to hosting multiple businesses on the one Ivorey™ Account:

  • You can only have one stripe and PayPal account/connection

  • You can only have one email sending domain per email type (e.g. campaign emails, workflow emails, etc.)

  • You can only have one domain for client portal/membership area

  • You can only have one reputation management (e.g. linked to one Google or Facebook business profile)

Recommendations

If none of the above limitations impact you, then it's absolutely fine to run multiple businesses inside the one Ivorey™ Account, you will just need to make sure that you implement your own tagging system to separate the leads and customers that belong to each business, and sort each business into its own folders inside your workflows, funnels and emails to keep everything streamlined in the backend for you.

We recommend hosting each business on it's own separate Ivorey™ Account for best practice purposes, however its your personal choice if you'd like to combine your businesses under the one subscription.
