Before You Dive In
To sync Facebook leads into Ivorey™, your Facebook forms must be integrated and the form fields must be mapped correctly. If your fields aren’t mapped, or are mapped incorrectly, new leads won’t appear in your Ivorey™ account.
This guide is perfect, if you want to:
Integrate your Facebook forms with Ivorey™
Map both standard and custom form fields
Test your setup to ensure data is syncing correctly
Why is it important to map Facebook lead ad form fields?
Why is it important to map Facebook lead ad form fields?
Mapping your Facebook form fields correctly ensures that the information captured through your Facebook lead ads is accurately merged into Ivorey™. Proper mapping allows for seamless data integration, reducing errors and ensuring that lead details are stored in the correct fields within your CRM.
What happens if I don’t map a field at all?
What happens if I don’t map a field at all?
Any unmapped fields will not be imported into Ivorey™. This means you could lose valuable lead data. Always review and confirm your mappings for every form.
Prerequisite: Ensure you have already created your instant forms inside your ads campaign on Facebook.
Step 1: Integrate Your Facebook Page and Forms
Before mapping your fields, make sure your Facebook Page and lead forms are already connected to your Ivorey™ account.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Settings] > [Integrations] > and click the [Connect] button on the Facebook integration option
Make sure to allow all necessary permissions when prompted and select the Facebook pages you want to connect
Confirm your Facebook lead forms are visible and synced
Step 2: Map Your Facebook Form Fields
After your Facebook account and lead forms are connected, you’ll be able to access the field mapping area. This is where you’ll match each Facebook form field to the corresponding contact field in Ivorey™ - ensuring that every new lead becomes a contact in your CRM as soon as the form is submitted on Meta.
Note: If your Facebook form includes custom fields, be sure to create matching custom fields in Ivorey™ before starting the mapping process.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Settings] > [Integrations] > and click the [Facebook Form Fields Mapping] tab at the top of the page
Click the [Map Fields] button next to the form you wish to configure
Review the Facebook form fields shown on the left, and select the corresponding Ivorey™ field from the drop-downs on the right > then click the [Confirm] button once complete
Note: By default, Ivorey™ is smart enough to automatically map some fields, like “First Name” for example. However, if you have custom fields or some fields are not recognised (e.g. if your Facebook field for email address is “E-Addy”) these may need to be selected manually.
Tips for Efficient Facebook Lead Form Field Mapping
Pre-Map Fields for New Campaigns:
Always map your fields ahead of time for new forms to avoid issues with data syncing and to ensure leads are captured correctly.
Double-Check Custom Fields:
Before mapping, verify that all custom fields are created in your system. This ensures smooth data integration and prevents mismatched information.
Use Predefined Templates:
For recurring Facebook lead forms, create templates for field mapping to save time and ensure consistency across campaigns.
Regularly Review Field Mappings:
Periodically review your Facebook form field mappings to ensure they stay up to date with any changes or additions to your Facebook forms.
Step 3: Test Your Form Integration and Field Mapping
Complete a test form submission to ensure that your forms are connected, your leads are being captured in the CRM, and everything it working correctly.

Troubleshooting
If a contact was not created in Ivorey, after form submission
If a contact was not created in Ivorey, after form submission
Confirm that you have integrated the correct Facebook page, that you are definitely running ads from the ad account connected to that page, and that you have admin/advertiser access.
Ensure the instant form used in your campaign is correct, and has been setup following the steps above, and that the ad is definitely published and collecting leads.
Ensure that the form Status is toggled ON, inside the Facebook Form Fields Mapping area inside Ivorey™.
From Facebook business manager, go to [Business Settings] > [Accounts] > [Pages] > [Select your page] > find the Leads Access / Leads Setup tab:
Ensure you are added under People
Ensure LeadConnector is added under CRM/Integrations, and that is has permissions to manage ads, access leads, pages etc.
Open the Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool > select your Page and the exact form used in your ad > click [Create Test Lead] > click [Track Status] (or View Responses):
You should see a 200 success for the app that receives leads
Confirm the App Name/ID listed is LeadConnector / Ivorey
If you see 4xx/5xx errors or the app isn’t listed, your app access is wrong → revisit Steps 2, 3 and 4 above
Re-test as needed. If the tool says “test lead already exists,” use Delete Test Lead (in the tool) and create a fresh one
If a contact was created in Ivorey, but the fields are not filled in correctly
