This guide is perfect if you want to:
Build a funnel/landing page to promote your affiliate program
Create a form so people can sign up to become an affiliate
Automatically add new signups to your affiliate campaigns
Step 1: Create an Affiliate Signup Form
We've create a form template for you, that is already in your account and ready for you to customise to your branding, and to your campaign. Please refer to our Create a Form guide for the detailed steps, and look for the form: "Affiliate Signup Form".
Note: if you are creating multiple affiliate campaigns, and want to keep your signups separate, we recommend duplicating your customised form and naming each form appropriately for easy differentiation during the next steps.
Step 2: Create an Affiliate Workflow
In this step, you’ll build a workflow to automatically enroll new affiliates from your form into your campaign. If you prefer to approve and add each affiliate manually, you can skip this step.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Workflows] > click the [+ Create Workflow] button, at the top right > select [+ Start from Scratch] > and give your workflow an appropriate name, at the top of the page
Click [+ Add New Trigger], at the top of the workflow > search for and select the trigger "Form Submitted" > click [+ Add filters] > select [Form Is] from the drop-down > select your customised Affiliate Signup Form from the drop-down > and click [Save Trigger] at the bottom
Click the [+] plus symbol to add an action > search for and select the action "Add Contact Tag" > type in "submitted: affiliate signup form" (or similar) > click [+ Add New Tag] to create a new tag > and click [Save Action] at the bottom
Click the [+] plus symbol to add an action > search for and select the action "Add Contact Tag" > type in "active: [insert your affiliate campaign name]" (or similar) > click [+ Add New Tag] to create a new tag > and click [Save Action] at the bottom
Click the [+] plus symbol to add an action > search for and select the action "Add To Affiliate Manager" > and click [Save Action] at the bottom
Click the [+] plus symbol to add an action > search for and select the action "Add To Affiliate Campaign" > select the specific affiliate campaign from the drop-down that you want to add signups to (anyone who submits this form) > and click [Save Action] at the bottom
Note: If you want to add signups to multiple campaigns at once, then repeat this step as many times as necessary.
Click the [+] plus symbol to add an action > search for and select the action "Send Internal Notification" > select the Notification Type > customise the Message that should go out to yourself or your team, to let you know a new affiliate has signed up > select the User Type (who the notification should go out to) > and click [Save Action] at the bottom
Once you've done all of the above, toggle the workflow to [Publish], at the top right corner > and hit [Save]
Step 3: Build an Affiliate Funnel
Next, we suggest building a funnel so you can closely monitor your affiliate signup process, monitoring the analytics and creating a guided journey.
Note: If you're creating multiple separate affiliate campaigns, you can either promote them all on one funnel using separate sections or pages, or create a funnel for each campaign.

Page 1: Affiliate Signup Page
Create a simple landing page that has details about your affiliate program, the commissions, a link to the terms and conditions etc.
Make sure to customise the form element and select your customised Affiliate Signup Form
Page 2: Thank You Page
Create a simple page which provides any next steps. For example, let them know to please check their inbox to receive confirmation and details of their affiliate registration.
You may also want to add other features to this page, such as a shareable graphic they could use on social media to say they just joined your program. Get creative and have fun with this!
Once you have published your funnel and have the URL link, you're now officially ready to start sharing this affiliate registration link with people to start joining your affiliate campaign!
Note: We always suggest doing a test run yourself to ensure the signup process works smoothly as expected. Submit the form using your personal email address, check if your workflow worked correctly (check the Execution Logs tab for any errors) and if you've been successfully added to the campaign.

What should I do if an affiliate can't access their campaign despite being added to the campaign on our end?
If an affiliate is unable to view or access a campaign, please have them log out of their current session and clear their browser cache. Once the cache is cleared, provide them with their specific Magic Link to log back in directly, which should refresh their access and display their campaign details and past commissions correctly.
