Whether you're cancelling your Ivorey™ account or just want a clean backup of your data for peace of mind - it's simple to export your data. This article walks you through exactly what you can export, where to find it, and what’s already stored in the third-party tools you’ve integrated.

What You Can Export from Inside Ivorey™

Inside your Ivorey™ dashboard, you can manually export most of your business data with a few clicks. Just head into each section below - and look for the Export icon (you’ll usually find it near the top right of the screen).

Available for Export:

  • All invoices

  • All estimates

  • All proposals

  • All contracts

  • All documents

  • All orders

  • All transactions

  • All subscriptions

  • All contact data (includes tags and custom fields data from submissions)

  • All pipeline opportunities

  • All affiliate commissions

  • All form submissions

  • All survey submissions

  • All quiz submissions

You can export these as CSVs to save a clean backup, maintain compliance records, or use them to re-import into another tool where compatible.

Data You Should Already Have Through Connected Tools

Depending on how you've set up your integrations, a lot of your data may already exist in the third-party tools you've connected to Ivorey™.

  • Stripe, PayPal or other payment processors – Any transactions processed through your own accounts will still be visible in those platforms, as Ivorey™ does not process any payment transactions.

  • Google or Outlook Calendar – If you've integrated a calendar, your appointments may also appear there.

  • Instagram & Facebook Messenger – These feed through our CRM, but will still remain in your Instagram and Facebook inboxes unless you've deleted them.

  • Your business email – Most Ivorey™ users sync their business email to the CRM, and therefore would still have records of all emails in their Google/Outlook inbox.

  • Google Analytics – If you installed GA tracking, your data will remain in your own Google Analytics account.
