Before you steam ahead setting up your AI tools, here's some good-to-know information that will ensure you understand how the various AI features work in Ivorey™, and whether each is the right fit for your needs.
Our built-in AI tools are designed to automate key parts of your business without removing your control. Each AI tool focuses on a specific function, such as handling calls, replying to messages, responding to reviews, creating content, building workflows, or launching funnels.
You can use a single AI feature on it's own, or combine multiple AI tools to create a connected system that works across your entire customer journey. At its core, the AI tools in Ivorey™ help reduce manual work while still allowing you to define the rules, tone, and actions that matter to your business.
Ivorey™ includes two types of AI tools:
AI Assistants
Ask AI - your built-in AI assistant for managing and taking actions in your account, building courses and communities, drafting content, generating images, and more, all from a simple chat prompt
Website & Funnel AI - generate or edit websites, funnels, and pages with AI directly inside your Site Pages builder, with full customisation control and analytics
AI Studio - your vibe coding studio to build quick pages, forms, and booking flows from a single prompt in a dedicated AI workspace
Workflow AI - build entire automations from a simple description, or use AI to edit, analyse, and generate content inside existing workflows
Email AI - generate complete, on-brand emails quickly inside the Email builder
AI Agents
Conversation AI - an AI bot that handles incoming messages across SMS, email, chat widgets, WhatsApp, and more, automatically responding to leads and clients on your behalf
Voice AI - an AI receptionist that answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments automatically
Reviews AI - automatically responds to Google and Facebook reviews on your behalf, maintaining your online reputation without manual effort
Content AI - generates written copy and images directly inside the Social Planner and other content tools across Ivorey™

All AI features in Ivorey™ are available on a pay-per-use basis by default - meaning you're only charged when you use them, based on the tokens consumed. There's no monthly subscription fee for this. However, if you use AI heavily or want more predictable costs, you can upgrade to an AI Employee subscription for a flat monthly rate.
Option 1: Pay-Per-Use
You're charged based on usage - no subscription, no minimum spend. This works well if your AI usage is light or occasional.
Option 2: AI Employee Subscription
An additional subscription with a flat monthly fee that gives you predictable costs. We have two tiers available, depending on your usage needs.
AI assistants (Ask AI, Website & Funnel AI, AI Studio, Workflow AI, Email AI) are tools you actively use. You give them a prompt or task, and they respond or build something for you.
AI agents (Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI) work in the background and respond autonomously on your behalf - handling incoming calls, messages, and reviews without you needing to be there.
You can track your AI spending at any time from your Billing Dashboard. Go to Settings > Billing > Wallet & Transactions > check the Usage Overview, By Activity, and Transaction tabs > and filter by AI, to find detailed usage and cost information.
Yes. If you'd like a usage cap applied to your account - for example, to restrict AI usage for specific team members, or to set an overall monthly limit - please submit this request form so we can set this up for you.
Yes, all AI tools are available to team members who have been granted the relevant permissions in your account. You can control who has access to which AI features by adjusting their Roles & Permissions settings.
This is useful if you want to restrict certain team members from using specific AI tools, or if you'd like to limit access while you're still exploring the features yourself. Please refer to our Add and Manage Account Users guide for the detailed steps.
Yes, you can connect a third-party AI tool or agent to your Ivorey™ account, via our MCP server. Please refer to our Claude Integration guide for the detailed steps.
