The Google Business Profile (GBP) integration lets you manage your reviews, messages, and online reputation by syncing customer interactions from your GBP directly into Ivorey
. It also brings your Google Search and Maps interactions into your CRM so you never miss a message, review, or call, and can manage everything from one calm, central place.

Before Google reviews and messages can sync into Ivorey
, you’ll need to connect your Google Business Profile.
From the main Ivorey
menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations > Google Business Profile and select [Connect]
Log into the Google account that has Owner or Manager access to approve the permission request
Once connected, your Google Business Profile will begin syncing into Ivorey
After setup, you’ll see:
A Connected status next to Google Business Profile
The connected business name listed under Connected Pages
And options to:
Refresh the connection
Manage or update locations
Disconnect the integration
Enable or disable call tracking

Once connected, Google Business Profile interactions flow directly to Ivorey, allowing you to manage reputation and communication without switching platforms.
Ivorey
will automatically:
Sync new Google reviews into Conversations
Display reputation data inside the Reputation tab
Capture customer interactions alongside other channels like SMS, email, and Facebook

Yes. You can connect multiple locations by repeating the setup steps for each business profile, as long as your Google account has the required access.

in near real time once connected.
Yes. Your business must be verified with Google before the integration will work.
Absolutely. You can disconnect at any time via Settings > Integrations.
Google Messaging was deprecated in July 2024. Businesses can now connect a WhatsApp number or SMS number to their Google Business Profile. If those channels are connected to Ivorey
, messages will sync accordingly.
If your Google Business Profile (GBP) doesn’t have an address set, the system can’t correctly identify your business in the Competitor Analysis tab, and may pull a nearby business with a similar name instead.
To solve this, please add and verify your business address in your Google Business Profile. Once the address has been added and synced with Google Maps, your correct business name should display properly in the Competitor Analysis area.
