Meeting Room lets you host client calls, team meetings, training sessions and more, directly inside Ivorey™. There's no need for a separate video conferencing platform, and your recordings, transcripts and AI meeting summaries are kept together in one place.
Meeting Room is made up of three main areas:
My room - create and manage your own personal room, with a permanent link you can reuse for every meeting
Team rooms - find and access your team members' Meeting Rooms
Meeting Integrations - connect Meeting Room with other areas of Ivorey™, such as your calendars, communities and courses
You can also generate a unique Meeting Room link for individual calendar appointments.

Keep your recordings, transcripts and AI meeting summaries in one place
Your personal Meeting Room comes with a permanent link, so clients and team members can join you from the same place every time. Once it's set up, you can start a meeting whenever you need one, without booking an appointment first.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Portals > Meeting Room > select My room > and click [Create room]
Under Room details, enter your room Name and your preferred Room link. Ivorey™ will confirm when your link is Available to use
Under Security, set up how people can join your room:
Passcode - enter your own passcode, or leave it blank and one will be generated for you
Waiting room - turn this toggle on to hold participants in a waiting room, so you can control who enters your meeting
Allow guest users - turn this toggle on to let people join with your room link, without needing an Ivorey™ account
Open room - Allow others to join and start the meeting if you are not there yet
To add a co-host who can help you manage participants and meeting permissions, click [+ Add] next to Co-hosts and select from your saved contact
Click the [Create room] button, at the bottom right of your screen
When you are ready go to My room > and click [Start room]
Check your microphone, speaker and camera settings > and click [Start now] to begin your meeting
To invite participants, copy your Room link from My room > and share it with them
Meeting Room includes the tools you need to run engaging, well-managed calls, from the moment participants join through to your follow-up afterwards.
Collaborate with participants
Screen sharing and chat: share content and message participants during the call
Interactive tools: use reactions, hand raising and different meeting layouts
Picture-in-Picture: keep your meeting visible while you switch between browser tabs
Manage your meeting
Host and co-host controls: manage participants, meeting permissions and host responsibilities
Video and audio settings: adjust your camera, microphone, background, lighting and noise cancellation. Custom background uploads are available to logged-in users
Recordings, transcripts and AI
Recordings: record your meetings and access available recordings afterwards
Speaker-labelled transcripts: review conversations with speaker names and timestamps
AI meeting assistance: ask questions during your meeting, and generate summaries, key decisions and action items from your transcript
Meeting Room also works with other areas of your Ivorey™ account, so you can host live sessions wherever your clients already engage with you. You can explore these options from Portals > Meeting Room > Meeting Integrations.
