About the LeadConnector App
Our free LeadConnector app allows you to access the back-end of your Ivorey™ account in a light capacity. One of the great features popular with in-person service providers is the ability to create and process payments straight from your mobile phone.
Important: Currently Tap-2-Pay only works on iPhones (iOS 16 or later) or Android devices (8 iOS or later) with NFC capabilities within the United States. More locations are coming soon. However there are still other methods shown below that you can use to collect payments, no matter your location.
Prerequisites before Attempting to Take In-Person Payments via LeadConnector:
Ensure your products are setup inside Ivorey™
Download the LeadConnector app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Login to the LeadConnector app with your Ivorey™ credentials
How To Take In-Person Payments via LeadConnector
Tap the ⚙️ (cog icon) next to it to open [Settings] > [Payment Settings] > [Allow Tap to Pay on iPhone]
Tap the 💲 [Invoices] tab at the bottom of your screen. You can enter a custom amount or select an existing product from your Ivorey™ account.
Tap [Add Customer] to link the sale to an existing contact. If the customer isn't saved type their phone number or email and the app will automatically create their profile.
Add an optional discount.
Choose the payment method:
If you're within the US, you can use Tap2Pay for iPhone. Your phone becomes a contactless card reader just have the client tap their card to your device.
If you're not in the US, you can select Card Payment, and have your customer enter their card details then press Charge.
You can also collect cash, bank transfer, PayID or any other method and then mark the payment as manually received.
Tap Convert to Invoice to issue a digital receipt. Review the details, then select Send to share it instantly via email or SMS.
