Before You Get Started

The Wave Accounting integration sends your Ivorey™ invoices directly into Wave in real time. This guide is perfect, if you want to:

  • Sync new invoices from Ivorey™ with Wave


How to Connect Your Wave Account

Before you can sync invoices, you’ll need to connect your Wave account:

  1. Navigate to [Settings] in your account sidebar

  2. Click [Integrations]

  3. Look for [Wave] from the available integrations

  4. Click [Manage] and enter your Wave credentials

  5. Grant the necessary permissions to enable one-way syncing from Ivorey™ to Wave

  6. Choose the Wave account where you want your invoices to sync

  7. Click [Save] to finalise the integration

Once connected, any new or updated invoices created in Ivorey™ will automatically sync to Wave.

Note: Currently, status changes such as “paid” or “partially paid” are not automatically synced and must be updated manually in Wave.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use this integration with Wave’s free plan?

Yes, the integration works with Wave’s free plan. However, some advanced features, such as automatic status updates for invoices, are not supported and must be managed manually.

Will existing invoices sync to Wave?

No, the sync only applies to new or updated invoices created after the integration setup.

Can I disconnect the integration later?

Yes, you can manage or disconnect the integration anytime via the same Integrations section.
