Yes! As a bonus gift we'll customise all the default email templates in your account with your unique logo, image and signature. Submit your images here and it will be completed within 1-2 business days and help shortcut the steps later on in this training.

Proposals let you present services or packages before requesting payment, while manual invoices allow you to request payment directly without a proposal. You can choose whichever works best for your workflow.
Absolutely! You can customise invoices and proposals to include your business information and branded email templates for a professional look.
Yes. Ivorey allows you to automate sending invoice reminders to clients using pre-made email templates, saving you time and ensuring timely payments.
Yes. Manual invoices let you request payments directly from clients without creating a proposal first.
Everything is managed directly in your Ivorey account under the "Payments" tab on the left menu and under "Invoices & Estimates" or "Documents & Contracts". You can create, send, track, and follow up on all payments from one place.
The invoice date filter works based on the payment date, not the date the invoice was issued or created. This means that if an invoice was paid within the date range you selected, it will appear in your results even if it was issued earlier.
The amount will not display in the dashboard until the invoice status is “Paid”.
