Frequently Asked Questions

Can I hide specific widgets from specific users?

Currently, it’s not possible to hide individual widgets (e.g. Total Revenue) on the default dashboard. However, you can create a separate dashboard for your team and only include the widgets you want them to see. You can then create a private dashboard for yourself, including the widgets you want to keep restricted. This allows you to control what data your team can access.

Why is my Google Analytics not showing any data in the dashboard?

If your Google Analytics (GA4) is not showing any data in the dashboard widget, this is usually because the property hasn’t been fully selected in the integration settings. Selecting only the account is not enough, the property must also be selected, otherwise data will not appear in the dashboard.

To complete the setup, go to Settings > Integrations > Google > Manage > Settings > select your GA4 account > and ensure the correct Property is selected. After saving, allow 24-48 hours for the data to populate.
