This guide provides a clear, step-by-step process for migrating your website to Ivorey™. It is designed to remove guesswork and ensure your move is completed in the correct order, so your website works properly from day one.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Move your website from platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar to Ivorey™
Replace existing tools on your external website such as forms, booking calendars, and payment systems with Ivorey™ features
Gradually rebuild your website inside Ivorey™
Ensure your website migration happens in the correct order to avoid downtime or broken functionality
This is the simplest and most common starting point.
If you already have a website that you love, you can keep it where it is and still be able to make use of Ivorey™'s features. For example, you can link or embed your Ivorey™ forms and calendars onto your existing website so the data flows seamlessly into your Ivorey™ CRM.
Starting with Option 1 allows you to begin using Ivorey™ immediately without needing to rebuild your entire website first, while also giving you the opportunity to start cancelling other tools and subscriptions.

The first step is to recreate the core tools your website relies on inside Ivorey™. These steps apply whether you keep your external website or rebuild it inside Ivorey™.
Recreate your website’s forms (e.g. contact forms, newsletter opt-ins, enquiry forms) inside Ivorey™ so that new leads who complete your forms are automatically stored in your CRM.

You’ve created the relevant sales elements for each offering
Depending on how your site is structured, this can be done by:
linking buttons such as “Contact,” “Book Now,” or “Buy Now” to your Ivorey™ forms, calendars, funnels, or checkout pages
embedding forms or calendars directly onto your website pages

Leads, bookings, and purchases are now flowing into Ivorey™

Export Website Content: Download/screenshot and save analytics, images, videos, and documents. Copy and save website copy and content. Save your SEO information somewhere such as your SEO titles and meta descriptions.
Save HTML/CSS: If you have used custom code on your existing site, copy the HTML, CSS, and any custom scripts to preserve the design and functionality of your website.

Before launching your new website, it is important to test that everything is functioning correctly.
Review your site and confirm that:

all content is accurate and correct content placement
your site is responsive
