setup. Please refer to our Master Help Guide on Online Stores to learn about the capabilities. Before you start building, it's worth spending a little time gathering everything you'll need.
Audit your existing store and save the necessary content.
Done means:
All product and pricing details are noted or exported - including product names, descriptions, prices, variants (sizes, colours, etc.), and stock quantities
All images, banners, and design assets are downloaded into organised folders
All videos are either downloaded, or the embed links have been saved
All digital products or downloads (PDFs, workbooks, templates, etc.) have been saved
All historical analytics have been saved via export or screenshots - including sales data, conversion rates, and revenue figures
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 2.
How you bring your products across depends on which platform you're migrating from:
If you're coming from Shopify: Ivorey
has a native Shopify integration that can import your products, collections, contacts, orders, and transactions directly. Please refer to our Shopify Integration guide for the detailed steps.
If you're coming from WooCommerce: Ivorey
has a native WooCommerce integration that can import your contacts, orders, transactions, and products. Please refer to our WooCommerce Integration guide for the detailed steps.
during the transition period, if needed. If you're coming from Wix Stores, Etsy, or another platform: There's no direct importer for most other platforms. You'll need to export your products from your current platform, in a CSV file format, and import that into Ivorey
.
Done means:
All products have been successfully imported into Ivorey
Any details that did not automatically transfer, have been manually added or set up
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 3.
Depending on which platform you're migrating from, your customer list might not carry across automatically. You'll need to export them and import them into Ivorey
, with any relevant tags, so they're in your CRM before your new store goes live.
For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our Import Contacts and Tags guide.
Done means:
All contacts are visible in Ivorey
Tags are attached to the correct contacts
Contact count matches your export
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 4.

With your products and customers in place, you're ready to build. Please follow Steps 2-6 in our Master Help Guide on Online Stores.
Done means:
Your store is set up, and the design is fully customised
Shipping and delivery have been configured
An abandoned cart email has been set up
Your post-purchase workflows are fully set up and running
You have placed a test purchase to confirm that everything is working correctly
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 5.
If you sell physical products, the next step to reconnect any shipping or fulfilment tools you were using on your previous platform. Ivorey
integrates with several platforms to keep your order management streamlined.

If you were using any other integrations on your previous platform, you may be able to connect them inside Ivorey
using a third-party integration tool. Please refer to our Third Party Integration Tools guide for the details.
Done means:
Your shipping or fulfilment platform has been successfully connected
Once the above is done, go ahead and progress to Step 6.
With your store built, tested, and your integrations connected (if needed), you're ready to go live. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to our Connect Your Domain & Publish Your Store guide.
