This guide is perfect if you want to:
Invite a team member to be an admin inside of your community
Adjust an existing community member to become an admin

From the main Ivorey
menu, select [Courses] > along the top menu bar hover over [Communities] > then select [Groups]
Click the [Login] button of your community
To invite a someone who is not yet a member of your community as admin, select [Invite Members] on the right hand side of your screen > then add their Name and Email under the 'Invite via Email' section > make sure 'Give Administrative Privileges' is toggled on > before clicking [Send Invite]
To make an existing member admin of your community, click on the [Members] tab > click the 3 dots of the member you want to make admin > then click [Change Role] > and select [Admin]
Membership answers can be reviewed before approving new members:
Inside your community, click the [Members] ta
Select the [Requested] tab to see pending requests, or click the three dots on an active member’s profile card > select [View Membership Answers]

Inside your community, click the [Members] tab > find the member, click the three dots next to their name, then select [Remove Member]
You can also revoke any community and course access straight from the [Contact] tab of the Ivorey main menu, by clicking into their contact profile > scrolling down the left-hand panel > and removing any courses/offers
Yes! You can invite as many admins as needed to help manage members and settings.
No, only admins can view submitted answers for review.
If you see a "User is already the owner" error message, or notice duplicate groups, while attempting to transfer ownership (common when switching between a personal and business email), this indicates a backend synchronisation conflict that cannot be resolved through the standard settings.
To fix this, please contact our Support Team via the chat widget with the name of your Community and the specific business email address you wish to designate as the owner. We will escalate this to our development team to fix and ensure your account has full admin access.
To automate granting access to communities, inside any workflow, you can add the action step ‘Grant Group Access’ to automatically grant access to specific communities.
