Remember that our team is here to help you get the most out of Ivorey™. If you ever feel stuck, open the Help widget inside your account to chat with us directly.

If You Still Wish To Cancel Your Ivorey™ Subscription

  1. To cancel your Ivorey™ subscription, navigate to Settings > Billing > Upgrade/Cancel Plan.

  2. Complete and submit the cancellation forms.

  3. Your request will be reviewed and processed within 1–2 business days.

Once processed, your subscription will be scheduled to cancel at the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on your plan).

🛑 Important Note: After cancellation, your account, all data, and any connected third-party subscriptions (such as phone services, domain hosting, and email services) will be disconnected and permanently deleted within 72 hours. This can not be restored. If you want your services to remain active, please do not submit the cancellation form.
