Connecting Your Social Accounts
Connecting your social accounts inside of Ivorey allows you to post across multiple channels, engage directly with your audience and assess statistics all in one place.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Marketing] > then along the top menu bar then click [Social Planner]
Click [Settings] > then click [+ Connect Social] and choose the social media platforms you'd like to connect (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest Your Community etc.)
Authenticate Your Accounts > Follow the on-screen prompts to log in and authorise each platform. Make sure you’re logged into the correct account before connecting.

Yes! You can connect multiple Instagram accounts to Ivorey repeat Step 1 to add additional Accounts. Note this feature will integrate your DMs with the unified inbox and is best for businesses that have a business account and personal brand. It's not intended for Social Media Management.

Ivorey currently supports posting to Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Threads.
Can I add my Facebook group to the social media planner?
Can I add my Facebook group to the social media planner?
Unfortunately Meta discontinued the ability to integrate Facebook Groups with third party scheduling platforms on April 22, 2024. This means you can no longer use third-party apps to post to your group automatically.
Can I utilise the Social Planner to post to my Community inside of Ivorey as well?
Can I utilise the Social Planner to post to my Community inside of Ivorey as well?
Yes! You can connect any Community inside of Ivorey to batch content and schedule posts for as well. You can choose which thread you'd like to post inside and more!
How to stop Instagram messages from being added as contacts?
How to stop Instagram messages from being added as contacts?
Currently, any new Instagram conversation will automatically create a contact in the CRM, even if details like name or email are missing. Unfortunately, there isn’t a native way to stop this behaviour, as it is tied to how the integration with Instagram works.

To turn off the notifications from your Instagram and Facebook, you will just need to navigate to Settings > select Integrations > then click on the Settings button under the FB and IG accounts and toggle off 'Sync DM Messages for all accounts'
