From the main Ivorey
menu, go to Settings > Business and then under General you can edit settings to disable/enable duplicate contacts based on your preferences, as shown below:
To merge contacts, go to your Contact list, search for the name and select the checkbox next to each of the duplicate contacts that you want to merge. Then, select the [Merge] icon on the top of the contact screen (as shown below). Follow the prompts to choose which settings you want to carry over to the new master profile.
