The advantage of Round Robin calendars is that they allow for flexibility, considering the varied availability of your team. Occasionally, you might need to adjust the team member on a Round Robin calendar booking, if availability changes or an emergency pops up.
This guide is perfect if you're looking to:
Change the team member associated with a Round Robin appointment
From the main Ivorey
menu, go to [Calendars] > and click on [Appointment List View] on the menu bar along the top of your screen
Find the appointment/booking you need to change the owner of > click the (⁝) three dots > and select [Edit]
Select the correct team member in the drop-down underneath Team Member
Edit the Appointment Title if you include the team member's name there
If your team works across various time zones, you may need to adjust the Start Time and Date to ensure the time does not change for the other attendees
Click the [Save] button at the bottom
Double-check any linked external calendars, to ensure that the details have been updated accordingly
