This guide is perfect if you want to:
Set up your affiliate program
How To Set Up an Affiliate Campaign
In this step, you will create your affiliate campaign, deciding the rules for sources (e.g. your sales funnel), offers/products (e.g. your course), commission structure and more.
Click here for the written instructions
Click here for the written instructions
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Marketing] > hover over the Affiliate Team tab > select [Campaign] > and click the [+ Add] button
Set up the Campaign Details:
Enter in a Campaign Name
Choose the source for your campaign (where your affiliate links will lead to). Select the source type:
Track Sales & Leads via a Funnel, Website (on Ivorey™), Store or External Website
Track Only Leads via a Form, Survey, or Calendar
Note: This should be where your offer is located, that you want affiliates to promote.
Once you've selected the source type, choose the specific source from the drop-downs (e.g. the specific funnel and page you want to direct leads to, when your affiliate shares their URL)
Check the list of Products associated with your selected source (if any). Click to [x Remove] or [+ Add Product] to ensure you only include products you want commissions to be eligible on
Example: you may have a sales funnel that sells a course and you're happy for affiliates to earn commissions on it. However, on later steps in the same funnel, you may have another product as an upsell, for a bonus 1:1 call with you. Understandably, you may not want people to earn commissions on the second product in the funnel, but only the first. In that case, you'd ensure to only select the first offer in the funnel to be eligible in this campaign instead of them all.
When you're ready, click the [Set Up Reward] button, at the bottom right
Configure the Commission structure:
Set a Default Commission rate for your campaign: select either [Percentage] or [Flat] from the drop-down > and enter in a percentage or flat rate amount
(Optional) Click the Advanced Commission Settings drop-down arrow, to:
Customize Commission Per Product - this allows you to set a Percentage or Flat rate for each eligible product you included in this campaign
Set Variable Commission Amount Over Time - this allows you to create a "starting" rate. You can set the number of transactions and a Percentage or Flat rate. Once the affiliate surpasses the set number of transactions, their commission will switch to the Default Commission (as set above)
Set Commission Payment Duration - this allows you to decide how long commissions will be paid on recurring purchases. Select either [Until customer cancels], or [By count] and set the number of Transactions/Charges
Level Up Affiliate to Another Campaign - this allows you to select another campaign to automatically move your top affiliates to, once they reach the set amount of [Revenue] or number of [Customers]. You can then decide whether to Keep existing commission tracking in this campaign, or Move the tracking to the higher-tier campaign
Note: depending on the source type selected, you may be restricted on campaigns you can level up to. For example, External Website campaigns can only level up to other External Website campaigns.
Set Up Multiple Tiers with Custom Commissions - this allows you to create up to 7 tiers, each with their own set Default Commission, Customized Commission by Products, Commission Length, and Variable commissions amount over time
Note: This is only relevant if you are going to design an affiliate program where affiliates can recruit sub-affiliates and earn commissions for their downlines. In most cases, this step is skipped.
When you're ready, click the [Assign Affiliate] button, at the bottom right
(Optional) Assign Affiliates - If you already have contacts in Ivorey™ who you want to be registered as an affiliate for this campaign, you can add them at this step (alternatively, you can add them later or wait for them to opt-in on their own):
Search for and select contacts from the drop-down
(Optional) Click the Additional Settings drop-down arrow, to:
Select and customise an Email Template - we've created one for you already, called "Affiliate Signup Confirmation". Select this from the drop-down > and click [Edit] to customise it to your business and brand
Set the Cookie life to track customer activity - this is how long you want to track for, between a lead clicking on an affiliate link and actually purchasing
Select the Payout Terms - this is how often you will process the payouts
Choose whether to Include Setup Fees in Commission Calculations
Once you’ve set up the campaign, click the [Finish] button, at the bottom > and choose to either [Publish now] to set it live immediately, or [Save in draft] for further editing
Note: If you change the source inside a published campaign , the affiliate referral URL will also change. The old URL will stop tracking, and only the new one will work going forward.

Yes, an affiliate can be part of multiple campaigns and each campaign will provide a unique affiliate link for them to use. Make sure when setting up the products that you don't link the same product across multiple campaigns, as this will skew your numbers.
