Learn how to create upsell offers for your online store
Increase your average order value by offering upsells
Customise the look and feel of your upsell offers, including fonts, spacing, borders and buttons
Note: This step is only required if you want to set up Upsells in your store.
How to Set Up Your Upsell Offers in Your Online Store
You can take your store one step further and increase your average order value by offering additional products to customers after they complete checkout. Online store upsells allow you to present relevant products between the Checkout Page and the Thank You Page, creating a seamless post-purchase experience without requiring customers to re-enter their payment details.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Site Pages] > then along the top menu bar click on [Stores]
Click the store you'd like to edit
Once inside the site builder, click the [Add New Page] button on the top right corner and fill in your page details and click [Create New Page] on the bottom
You can choose to use an existing template or create from blank, select your preferred choice and customise your page
As you are customising your store site, make sure you click [Save] at the top right of your screen regularly so you don't loose any changes made
Next, you're going to add your upsell offer. Click on [column] to add a full width section and a row in it
Next click on the [Add Element] button, scroll down to the bottom and select [Upsell]. Drag and drop the Upsell element into the row. Store owners can add multiple upsell components in different columns in a row
Configuring the Upsell element:
Select the upsell element to configure its settings
You can enable or disable the shipping charges for each Upsell element by enabling/ disabling the toggle in the builder preview
You can either use the [Manage Products] button to create a new product or import it, or if you already have existing products, you can search & select the product lower down in the settings
Then, a Sale Action needs to be configured which decides the redirection after clicking on Buy now button. The redirection can be done to another upsell page or the Thank you page
Add a skip action for your upsell page:
Your Upsell can be skipped by adding a Button with CTA 'Skip Now' for example, where the Button action can be linked to another URL or the Thank You page
You can also do this by adding text and hyperlinking the text to your Thank You page or preferred URL
Configuring checkout page:
Finally, you'll need to go back to your Checkout Page and a new Sale Action needs to be chosen
Set your new Sale Action as 'Go to page' and select your newly created Upsell page as the "Website page"
