Brand boards allow you to set your logos, fonts and colour palette once, and then easily use them across assets you create in Ivorey
.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Easily keep your branding consistent across everything you build inside Ivorey
From the Ivorey main menu, go to [Marketing] > then [Brand Boards]
Click [+ Add Design Kit] and choose a template, or select [Start from blank]
Upload your logo. We suggest one dark and light version, and to ensure they have transparent backgrounds, so you can use them across a variety of assets
Go to the [Colors] tab, on the left-hand sidebar, and create your own colour palette
Go to the [Typography] tab, and add up to 5 fonts. You can choose out of thousands of Google fonts
Select [Save Board] and repeat for as many brand boards as you like
You can add up to 2 logos, 10 colours, and 5 fonts in a brand board. You can create multiple brand boards if you would like, then select which brand board is your main board by clicking the [Set as default] button.
No problem! You can create multiple brand boards, for example you may have your main brand board, plus individual brand boards for each of your offers which may have their own distinct logos, colors and fonts.
Changing the colours in the brand board will not automatically update the colours in existing emails or funnels. The brand board's colour section is used for quick access, and will be displayed in the colour selector for future use. Existing designs and content will remain unchanged, and you will need to manually update each element to your branding colours.
Yes, you can rename the colours or fonts you add to your brand board, for easier reference.
No, the brand board only provides quick access to your branding elements. Existing designs and content will remain unchanged unless manually updated.
