Website & Funnel AI

Both the AI Studio and Website & Funnel AI use AI to help you build pages faster. The difference is where they live and the control you keep.

Website & Funnel AI works inside your Site Pages builder, so you generate or edit a page and keep full drag-and-drop control over every element, right alongside your other funnels and websites. Use Website & Funnel AI when you want AI built into your site builder with full control and integration options.

AI Studio is a separate workspace for building standalone pages and experiences through conversational prompts, and those projects are managed and published from the AI Studio area on their own. Use AI Studio when you want a fast, hands-off build in a dedicated space. You can learn more in our AI Studio guide.

1. From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Site Pages > along the top menu bar, click on either [Funnels] or [Websites] depending on what you want to build:

   1. To start a new build, click the [Build with AI] button, in the top right corner

   2. To edit an existing build with AI, open the funnel or website you want to edit > click [Edit] on the relevant page > and click on the ✨ sparkle icon to open the Ask AI panel, inside the site pages builder

2. Click on a tab to choose how you want to start:

   1. Assist - Fill in the basic details about your funnel/website and your business (ideal if you starting a new build but aren't sure how to word a prompt):

      1. Enter the name of your first website/funnel page

      2. Select your business niche from the drop-down

      3. Select the goal of the page (e.g. capturing leads, booking appointments, or selling a product)

      4. Select your target audience (e.g. individuals, small businesses, or parents & families)

      5. Select What you're offering (e.g. free consultation, course/training, or product/service package)

      6. Click the [Customize →] button, at the bottom > and confirm your preferred Language and Tone

      7. Click the [Define Layout →] button, at the bottom > and confirm the Color, Font style, Image Style (if you want Email AI to generate images for you), Layout, Spacing and Borders you want to use in this email

   2. Build - Type out your prompt from scratch or select from the pre-set options (ideal if you are editing an existing project, or already have a clear vision for your new build)

3. Type in or edit your prompt:

   1. If you’re on the Build tab, manually type out what you want your first website/funnel page to be about, in simple language - include the page purpose, your audience, your key messages, and the style or tone you want (e.g. "A landing page for a business coaching program for female entrepreneurs, with a clean, modern look, a hero section, a benefits section, a testimonials section, and a button to book a call")
      
      Note: The more detail you include, the stronger your first draft will be. For editing an existing page, see instructions below for refining.

   2. If you’re on the Assist tab, scroll through the generated prompt to review and edit the outline > and add any helpful details on your business, offers or specific sections or elements you want included

   3. (optional) Click the 📎 paperclip icon > and select to [Upload a File] from your device or select one from the [Media Library] > and add clear instructions to your prompt for how to use the image (e.g. as inspiration for the design or to include in the design)

   4. (optional) Paste a URL into the prompt with clear instructions (e.g. “link to my social media page” or “use this as inspiration for the layout”)
      
      Note: If you’re using images or links as inspiration, AI can use it for creative direction but it doesn’t copy the design exactly.

4. When you’re ready, click the [Generate] button to send the prompt, and AI will build a complete, structured page for you to review
   
   Note: At any time you can click the [🟥] red square icon to stop AI from processing or generating your prompt, and type out a new prompt.

5. Refine your page by manually editing in the builder as you usually would or by typing what you'd like AI to change (in plain language)

   1. For example, you can ask it to rewrite copy, reorder sections, adjust the tone, swap images, add buttons, or change the styling

   2. Or you can click on any specific element or section and ask AI to make edits to that specifically (e.g. to adjust the colour, fonts, links in buttons, etc.)
      
      Note: You can keep refining section by section until the page matches your brand and goals.

6. If you want to add a new page:

   1. Type in the prompt (e.g. “add a new page with a form to collect sign ups..”) - provide details on what the page should include just like you did for your first page

   2. Or click the drop-down menu at the top of the page to select another existing page to edit, or click [Add New Page] > and prompt AI from there

1. Give each page a final review - Click the [Preview] button, in the top right corner > read through all of your copy > check that every section displays as intended on all device types > and confirm that any buttons or links point to the correct destination

2. Review each page's SEO details - Website & Funnel AI suggests a title, description, and content direction as it builds, so check and refine these before going live. Refer to our SEO Settings for Site Pages guide for the detailed steps
   
   Note: AI-generated SEO content is a strong starting point, not a finished result. Always review it for accuracy and brand voice first.

3. Configure important settings for your website or funnel - refer to our Site & Page Settings for the details

   1. If you’re building a funnel, follow the steps here to Add Products to a Sales Funnel > and to Test a Sales Funnel

4. When your content, layout, and settings are ready, click the [Publish] button to take each page live
