Get Signups To Your Community

Before You Dive In

Option 1: Share Your Direct Community Link (Easiest)

The quickest and most common way to have people join your community community is to simply set a price (or set it to free), and then share the community URL. When you share the link, people will arrive at the "front door" of your community, where they can pay, start a free trial or join for free. This is a great option if you're looking for the quickest and easiest way to get your community live.

  1. From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to Communities > and login to your chosen community (ensure you have admin access).

  2. Go to [Settings] → [Subscriptions].

  3. Click [Create Price] and set the price and currency or set the community to free.

  4. If paid, choose [Recurring] or [One-Time], and add the number of days for a free trial if you would like.

  5. If paid, choose the billing period: [Monthly], [Weekly], or [Annually], then click [Save].

  6. Go to the [Details] tab and copy your community URL to share and start getting signups.

  7. From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to [Workflows] → [Create New], set trigger as [Group Access Granted], add a filter if needed, then [Add Tag] (e.g. purchased: community name) and click [Save]. This is an optional but recommended step to ensure you tag whoever joins your community.


Option 2: Build a Funnel (Advanced)

If you want to create multiple payments options, design your own sales/landing page, and/or access advanced analytics about your page views and conversions - we recommend selling through a sales funnel for paid communities, or an opt-in funnel for free communities.

We have beautiful funnel templates you can add your own copy, colours and imagery to. After learning more about your offer, people can pay or signup via thge form, before being redirected to a final thank you page. After signup, they will receive an email with their login details to the community.
