The best way to track email campaigns set to resend to unopened contacts is by using the Click Tracking feature in your email settings. You can learn more about that in our Create and Send Newsletters guide.
If you don’t see any statistics for a specific campaign, make sure your email has been sent and delivered successfully. Drafts or scheduled campaigns won’t show data until they’re sent.
Soft bounces are temporary (e.g. full inbox). Hard bounces are permanent (e.g. invalid email) - these are important to note, as they can harm your sender reputation.
Most email stats update in near real-time, but some events (like clicks, unsubscribes, or spam complaints) may take a few minutes to appear depending on recipient activity and email provider delays.
Click Performance data will only display for campaigns where the Track Clicks option was toggled ON, before sending.
Click data will begin appearing as soon as recipients start engaging with your email.
Tags data will only display for campaigns where the Add Tags option was toggled ON and configured, before sending.
