Content AI is a built-in assistant inside of Ivorey™ available wherever you're creating content: in the social planner, blogs, emails and the media library. It helps you generate new content and refine text you've already written, using a few guided details about your brand and what you're trying to say.
Your Brand Voice gives Content AI your tone, audience, and messaging, so the content it generates sounds like you rather than something generic. Setting this up first makes a real difference to the quality of what you get back. You can learn how to do this here.

Content AI is a capable, multi-functional writing assistant inside Ivorey™. But like any tool, it works best when you know what it's built for. Here's a quick overview of what it can do, and where its current limits are.
Generate social media captions and images - tailored to your chosen platform and content type in the social planner
Generate blog copy and images - draft an outline, introduction, or specific section from a title, description and keywords
Optimise email copy and generate images - create a text section, button, or subject line using a context, description, and tone
Generate images directly in the media library - create content from a simple description, stored in your media library and available to use anywhere in Ivorey™
Fix grammar and spelling - quickly correct text you've already written
Adjust the length or tone of existing text - make it longer, shorter, or simpler
Doesn't build a whole email or page - that's what Email AI and Website & Funnel AI are for. Content AI works within your existing content, refining smaller pieces of text rather than a whole layout
Doesn't guarantee accuracy - as with any AI tool, always read through what Content AI generates before you publish it, to make sure it's accurate and sounds like you
Content AI works through simple, guided prompts - you answer a few quick questions or tell it what you need, and it generates written content for you to review, edit, or add to your work.
Content AI can generate a caption and image tailored to the platform and post type you choose, using guided questions instead of a blank prompt box.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Marketing > click Social Planner
Click the [+ New Post] button > and select Content AI from the dropdown menu
Select your platform (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and your content type (e.g. Post, Reel)
Review your Brand Voice fields, which are auto-filled where possible. Note: You can override or add to these fields at any time.
Fill out the mandatory fields, which are always visible, including your key message, content goal, and number of variations
(Optional) Expand the collapsible menu to answer optional questions, such as call to action, target audience and additional instructions
Review the variant options > and select the variant you’d like to use by clicking the [copy] button. This will automatically copy that variant’s copy into the box on the right
Click [Generate] > review the written content Content AI creates for you
Hover over the image icon > and select [Create image using AI]
Type out a Description of your image, in short simple terms (e.g. a mum working from home) - or click [Try an example] to generate a quick prompt example
Set the Number of variations you want to generate for your image
Select your preferred Image Style (e.g. Photo, Animated, Sketch)
Click [Generate] > and review the AI-generated images:
(optional) Click [Generate new content] to generate a fresh set of variations
(optional) Click [Edit with Ask AI] to open a side panel chat with Ask AI > describe any quick edits to the image > download the image from Ask AI > and upload it to your post in the social planner

Rate each image with the 👍 thumbs up or 👎 thumbs down buttons, to help improve the AI
Select your preferred Variation > and click [Continue]
Your image will be added to your post > you can edit, replace or add alt text as usual > and repeat for any additional images (e.g. for carousel posts)
Make any final edits to your post > and schedule or publish your post as usual
Use Content AI to draft an outline, introduction, or specific section for your next blog post, generate images or to quickly polish text you've already written.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Sites Pages > Blogs > and open a new or existing blog post
Inside the top right corner of the post editor, click the [⋯] three dots > and [🤖 Content AI]
Choose the type of content you'd like to generate:
Outline: bullet points that structure your blog and give a general idea of the post
Introduction: the opening paragraph that shares the main concept of the post
Specific Section: content for one section, if your post is broken into multiple parts
Add your Content Title, a brief Content Description, relevant Keywords, and select your preferred Writing Tone
Choose your Number of Variations (1 to 5) > and click [Generate]
Click Copy next to the variation you'd like to use > then click [Continue] to add it to your post
Carefully review the AI-generated copy
To quickly fix grammar and spelling, or adjust the length or tone of text you've already written, select the text you want to update and a little 🤖 will float above the text box > click on the 🤖 > and choose from Improve Writing, Fix Spelling and Grammar, Make Longer, Make Shorter, or Simplify Writing
To add an AI-generated image to your blog post, using Content AI, click the image icon along the top menu bar > click the image icon next to the Image URL field > and select [Create from image AI]:

Set the Number of variations you want to generate for your image
Select your preferred Image Style (e.g. Photo, Animated, Sketch)
Click [Generate] > and review the AI-generated images:

Select your preferred Variation > and click [Continue]
Adjust your image sizing if needed (note this may distort images) > add Alt text for the image to improve your SEO > (optional) add an image Description > and select what should happen if the image is clicked
When you’re ready, click [Insert Image]
Your image will be added to your blog post > you can select the image and click the image icon in the top menu bar to edit as usual > and repeat for any additional images
Use Content AI to draft an outline, introduction, or specific section for your next email, or to quickly polish text you've already written.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Marketing > Emails > Campaigns or Templates > and create a new campaign/template, or open an existing one
To generate a text section:
Drag a new Text Block into your email, or click into an existing one (You will need to click into a text block to see the option available)
Click the [🤖 Content AI] in the far right corner of the top formatting bar
Select from the below options that best suit your goal:
Generate with AI
Improve writing
Fix spelling and grammar
Simplify writing
Make longer
Make shorter
Follow the prompts provided in the box that appears to finalise the section
To add an AI-generated image to your email, using Content AI:
Click the [+] plus icon in the top left menu bar > drag an Image element into your email, as usual
Click the ✏ pencil icon next to Image, in the right-hand side bar > and select [Create image using AI]

Your image will be added to your media library, in a dedicated Content AI folder > you can select the image to use it anywhere inside your Ivorey™ account, just as you would with an uploaded image
Click the [⋮] three dots to delete or edit the image as usual > and repeat for any additional images
Yes. You can save your post, blog, or email as a draft and come back to complete it later.
Optional questions aren't required, but answering them helps Content AI generate more tailored, effective content for your chosen platform.
Yes. Content AI is one option alongside your usual content creation methods, so you can always write and build manually if you prefer.
Yes, any Content AI-generated image variations that have been selected and used in the social planner, blogs or emails will be automatically stored in your media library in Ivorey™ for you to access and use in other areas of the platform if needed. You’ll find them in a dedicated Content AI folder.
