Understanding how your appointments are booked, which days are most popular, and how your team performs, can provide important insights that drive business growth. This guide will walk you through the Appointment Report, which offers a comprehensive view of your appointment data, allowing you to easily track and analyse various metrics.
This guide is perfect if you want to:
Analyse the data in the Appointment Report
Gain important insights into your appointments and bookings
We’ll walk you through how to navigate the Appointment Report effectively - including where to find key data points, how to interpret the different charts and breakdowns, and how to filter or export your appointment data for deeper analysis.
To view your appointment report, from the Ivorey
main menu, go to Reporting > then along the top menu bar, click [Appointment Report]
Review the bar charts:
Numeric Charts by Appointment Status: View the count of appointments grouped by status, such as booked, confirmed, cancelled, new, and more

Top Performing Calendars: Identify the most popular calendars based on booking volume, helping you understand which ones are performing best
Top 5 Users by Appointments: Find out which users are securing the most appointments, making it easier to acknowledge and reward top performers
Most Popular Appointment Days: Discover which days of the week have the highest number of appointments to optimise your scheduling and resources
Top 5 Calendars with Cancellations: Track the calendars with the highest cancellation rates, helping you identify potential issues and improve retention
Top 5 Calendars with Reschedules: Monitor the calendars with the most reschedules to help improve scheduling efficiency
Review the channel information:
Use the channel data to track the sources of your appointments. This includes understanding which platforms or methods are driving the most bookings.
Event Sync appointments refer to events that have at least one attendee and are synced from a third-party calendar (such as Google, Outlook, iCloud, or Calendly) into our system.
Review the list view of your appointments:
You can select a specific status from the dropdown menu to view only those appointments
Clicking [Columns] will allow you to change the display
The [Export] button will allow you to export a list of the data.
While the Appointment Report offers detailed insights, for more customisation, you can use custom dashboards to add and modify widgets that display the specific metrics you need.
Visit our Customise Your Dashboard Guide to learn more.
If an appointment is deleted, it is removed from the active "Booked" counts. However, if you are looking for historical data on why appointments were lost, we recommend using the "Cancelled" status instead of deleting, so you can still track those metrics in your "Top 5 Calendars with Cancellations" chart.
