The Printful integration connects your Ivorey
Ecommerce store with Printful to power print-on-demand sales and automated fulfillment,
Product Import: Import products from your connected Printful store into your Ecommerce store location. This allows you to bring your Printful catalog directly into your product list for publishing and customisation.
Product Synchronisation: Product updates such as creation, modification, and deletion are synchronised between Printful and your Ecommerce store. This ensures that your catalog stays aligned with changes made inside Printful.
Order Creation: Whenever a customer places an order in your Ecommerce store for an eligible Printful product, the order is automatically created in your connected Printful store for processing.
Order Fulfillment Sync: Fulfillment details from Printful sync back into your Ecommerce store. This includes both partial and complete fulfillment updates so you always have accurate order status information.
Order Status Notifications: After a fulfillment update occurs, customers receive email notifications based on the order status. Shipping details are provided from Printful as part of the fulfillment process.

From your Ivorey
dashboard go to [Settings] > [Integrations]
Search for the Printful app then click [View app]
Click [Install] and follow the prompts to authorise your Printful account
Confirm the Printful connection is active
From the Integrations area, click to open the [Printful] integration
Select the Printful store you want to import from
Choose the products you want to add to your Ecommerce store
Select the store location where the imported products should appear
Import the products so they populate inside your product list
From your Ivorey
dashboard go to [Payments] > [Products] to publish the imported products manually so they appear in your online store
Customise product details and descriptions inside each product. Descriptions are not pulled from Printful and must be added manually
When customers purchase Printful products in your online store:
Orders are automatically created in Printful
Printful manages production and shipping
Fulfillment updates, including partial and completed shipments, sync back into your Ecommerce order view
The Printful integration supports product synchronisation between Printful and your Ecommerce store, including updates related to product creation, modification, and deletion.
Yes. A single Printful store can be connected to multiple store locations. When importing products, you can choose which store location the products should sync to.
No. Imported products are added to your catalog in an unpublished state. You must go to the Product page in the Payments section and publish them manually so they appear in your online store.
No. Product descriptions are not pulled from Printful. You must edit or add descriptions inside the product details page after the products are imported.
Yes. When an order syncs successfully, Printful manages production, packaging, and shipping.
