Review Course Participation and Progress
You can track how students are moving through your courses using the Analytics section.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to [Courses].
Hover over [Courses] in the top menu bar > select [Analytics].
Click [View] under the [Course Progress] tab.
Choose the course you’d like to review to see your students’ progress.
Get Notified When a New Student Signs Up
You can use a workflow to send yourself (or your team) a notification each time a new student enrolls.
From the main Ivorey™ menu, go to [Workflows].
Open the workflow connected to your Sales Funnel.
Check if the action [Send Internal Notification] is included. If not:
Click [+] > [Send Internal Notification].
Select whether to send as a platform Notification or via Email.
Write your message and choose which team member will receive it.
Publish your workflow using the toggle in the top right corner.
Click [Save].
Re-Send Login Links or Reset a Password
If a student can’t log in, you can quickly send them a Magic Link to get back into their course.

Go to [Site Pages] > [Client Portal] > [Dashboard].
Under Actions, click [Generate] next to “Generate Magic Link.”
Select Contact > then choose the student from the dropdown list.
Tick Send Email to email the link directly to them.
Click [Generate and Send].
Remove a Student’s Course Access
You can manually revoke a student’s access at any time.
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Courses] > hover over [Courses] > select [Analytics].
Select Member Analytics.
Click the 👁️ icon for the student you want to remove.
Click [Update Offers] (top right).
Go to the [Products] tab.
Tick the course you want to remove them from > click [Revoke Access].
Allow Students to Cancel Their Subscription
Students can self-manage billing if permissions are enabled.
From the Ivorey™ menu, go to [Courses] > [Client Portal] > [Settings].
Open the [App Permissions] tab.
Ensure Billing & Subscription is ticked.
Once enabled, students can log into their Client Portal > Billing area to cancel their own subscriptions.
Remove Course Access When a Subscription Is Cancelled
To automatically revoke course access when a subscription ends, set up a workflow.
Go to [Workflows] > click [+ Create New Workflow].
Choose + Start From Scratch.
Name your workflow (e.g., “Subscription Canceled – [Course Name]”).
Set the trigger to [Subscription].
Add filters:
Global Product > select your subscription.
Status > is > Canceled.
Add the action [Course Revoke Offer] > select the course.
Publish and Save.

To track individual lesson completion, go to Courses > Analytics > Course Progress to see the completion status at the lesson level.
Can I assign a student to multiple courses at once?
Can I assign a student to multiple courses at once?
To assign access to multiple courses, you can edit your offer under Courses > Offers to include any additional courses you also want them able to access. This will apply for anyone who has been granted access to this offer.
Alternatively, you can create an additional offer for the extra course, then go into the contacts profile > scroll to the offer section > and manually give them access to that additional course.
Can students pause their subscription instead of cancelling?
Can students pause their subscription instead of cancelling?
Not natively, but you could create a form that alerts you to manually pause their subscription in Stripe instead.
