Option 1: How to Set Up Notifications Inside the Form Settings Directly
Below you'll find step-by-step written instructions to guide you through setting up your notifications inside the form settings directly:

Make sure you are inside your Form Builder > then click the 🔔 bell icon at the top left of your screen
Toggle on Email Notification > and enter the email address you want to receive your notifications to in the Email (To)* field
Then click [Save] at the bottom of the notifications and [Save] at the top right screen of your form to update the notification settings
Option 2: How to Set Up Notifications By Creating a Workflow Using the Internal Notification Action
Below you'll find step-by-step written instructions to guide you through setting up your form notifications by creating a workflow using the internal notification action:

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Workflows > and click [+ Create Workflow] > then select click [Start from Scratch]
Rename your workflow (e.g your form name: submitted)
Click on [+ Add New Trigger] > and select [Form Submitted] > then click [+ Add Filters]
From the first drop down menu select Form is
From the second drop down menu select your form
Click [Save Trigger] at the bottom right of your screen
Next add the action Send Internal Notification > and select Email from the Notification Type drop down menu
Under To User Type select Custom Email
Under To Custom Email add the email you want to receive notifications to
Inside the Message box, write the message you want to receive when someone submits your form
Click [Save Action] at the bottom right of your screen
Click the [Save] button at the top right of your screen and make sure you toggle over to Publish when you are ready for your Workflow to be activated
