No, Ivorey
itself is not a payment processor. All payments run through the integrated payment processors (e.g. Stripe), which are PCI Level 1 Service Provider certified. The checkout pages in Ivorey
are hosted environments, but the actual payment fields (card numbers, etc.) are handled securely by Stripe’s SDK or through your chosen payment processing partner, not by Ivorey
directly.
If you see the error message: "Cannot delete price: Associated product is protected from deletion due to active subscriptions or special product type", when trying to delete a product price, this is because the system is protecting against billing disruptions. Please reach out to our Support Team, via the chat widget, with the exact product name and the specific price you wish to remove. We will then manually delete this on the backend to ensure your product is updated correctly.
