This guide is perfect if you want to:
Share a form link directly in an email, message, or website button
Embed your form on an external website (e.g. Squarespace or Shopify)
Add a form to an Ivorey
website page or funnel
Use pop-ups to display a form
Once you have created your form, set up the notifications, and built out your workflow, you're ready to start sharing your form with clients! You can share a form directly in messages, link it in a button, add it to an email template, add it to an Ivorey website or funnel, or embed it onto an external website.
From the Ivorey main menu, go to Site Pages > along the top menu bar, click on [Forms] and open the form you want to share or grab the link or embed code for
To get the form links, click the [Integrate] button, at the top right corner of your screen. Here you have a couple of options:
Copy Embed Code: if you want to embed your form onto an external website, outside of Ivorey. Adjust your embed preferences, click [Copy embed code] > and go into your external website, to add the code there
Share: if you want to share your form on social media, link it to a website button, or embed it into an email campaign, etc. Click the copy icon, next to the link > then paste the link wherever you want to link the form
Email: if you want to send the link directly to one or more contacts. Select to either create the email from scratch or choose a template > and click the [Continue] button, to open the email builder and start customising your email to send
Alternatively, you can add your form directly inside an Ivorey Website or Funnel. From the Ivorey main menu, go to Site Pages > Websites > and open the website or funnel page you want to add the form to:
Pop-Up: Add a button to trigger the form > in the button settings, select Open Pop-up > click [Pop-up Settings] > add a Row inside the pop-up > drag and drop the Form Element into the row > select the form you want to display from the list > the form will automatically populate inside the pop-up
Directly onto a page: Add a Row where you want the form to appear > drag and drop the Form Element into the row > select the form you want to display > the form will automatically load onto the page
Note: Make sure your Button Actions in settings is set to [Go to Next Step]
