Prerequisite: Ensure you have already created your course and course offer. If you have not yet done so, please refer to our Create a Course and Course Offer guide.
How To Customise Your Course Offer Checkout
Once you’ve created your course offer, the next step is to set up a simple offer checkout. This is the fastest way to start sharing your free or paid course without building a full sales funnel. You’ll be able to upload a banner, add images or a logo, and Ivorey™ will populate a quick and easy checkout page for you.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Courses] > then along the top menu bar, hover over [Courses] > and click [Offers]
Find the offer you want to customise, and click the ✏ pencil icon to edit your offer
On the Details tab, you can:
Finalise your course offer Title and Description (we will be customising the offer checkout description, so you can leave this blank)
Add Custom Code snippets, under the Advanced drop-down
Adjust your Offer Access settings
Upload an Offer Thumbnail image
On the Upsell tab, you can add an upsell to this offer
Click the [Edit Checkout] button at the top right corner, to begin customising your checkout page design
On the left-hand panel, click [Offer Details], here you can customise the:
Banner Image - Upload an image (use our Canva templates for the correct size) or disable the banner if you prefer
Banner Image Height - Adjust the height of your banner, to show more or less of the image at the top
Video - Upload a video to your checkout page (maximum file size of 5GB) for an engaging customer experience
Poster Image - Upload an image to your checkout page (we recommend using your course cover image)
Logo Image - Add your logo to make your checkout page look professional and on-brand
Checkout Copy - Add text to describe your course and include key details
As you go, click the [Save] button at the top of the left-hand panel, to display your changes. Click the [Preview] button at the top right corner to preview the full checkout page. When you have completed the Offer Details page, click the [< Back] button at the top of the left-hand panel.
(Optional) Click [Extra Contact Information] in order to collect an address or phone number at checkout (for taxes or communication) > check the box of the information you want to collect > click the [Save] button > and then click the [< Back] button
(Optional) Click [Service Agreement], if you would like to add an agreement or terms to this purchase > select [Required] or [Custom Agreement Text] > paste in a link to your terms and conditions/service agreement > click the [Save] button > and then click the [< Back] button
Once you have previewed and finalised your course offer checkout, along the top menu bar, hover over [Courses] > and click [Offers]
Find your offer again > tap the [Draft] drop-down menu > and select [Publish]
Click the 🔗 link icon to copy the link to your offer checkout. Share your checkout link wherever you like (e.g. add it to your link in bio, a website button, or send it an email or DM)
