This guide is perfect if you want to:
Control which features your clients can access inside the portal
Set a default landing page for a smooth login experience
Enable or disable key tools like subscriptions, invoices, and messaging
From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Site Pages] > then along the top menu bar, hover over [Client Portal] > and click [Settings]
Click the [App Permissions] tab > and toggle on/off the areas you you want your clients to be able to access from inside their Client Portal, including Communities, Courses, Affiliates, Billing & Subscription, Contracts, Estimates and Shared Files
Note: When Billing & Subscriptions is toggled ON, it means members will be able to self-cancel any active subscriptions they have with you.
Under Sign-up & sign-in methods, toggle on/off the option to Disable Google logins
Note: When Disable Google is toggled OFF, clients will be able to use their Google profile to sign up for the first time, and then to log into the portal.
Under Select default landing page, choose where you would like your clients to be directed to when they log into their client portal: Home page, Communities, Courses or Affiliates
When you have configured these settings, click [Save Settings] at the bottom right of your screen to save these changes
Note: When your clients login, they will be directed to the default page you set, however they can access the other areas you have toggled on for them to access by clicking on the Home icon inside their client portal.
