Before You Dive In

This guide is perfect if you want to:

  • Learn how to access and use the LeadConnector App

Note: The LeadConnector App comes free with your subscription, and allows you to manage key areas of your Ivorey™ account from your phone. You can also turn your notifications on so you can receive notifications for important actions taking place within your account, without having to log in via the desktop.


How To Access The LeadConnector App:

  1. Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Yourself and your team can use your individual login details, the same that you use to login to Ivorey™

  3. Ensure your phone has push settings enabled for the LeadConnector app so you can receive real-time notifications

Access From The Left Hand Menu:

  • Social media scheduler

  • Media storage

  • Opportunities

  • Invoices

  • Insights

  • Tasks

  • Reputation

  • Products

  • Documents & Contracts

  • Estimates

  • Manual Actions

Access From The Lower Tabs:

  • Notifications

  • Quick actions (inside the notifications tab)

  • Conversations

  • Invoice/Point of Sale

  • Appointments

  • Contacts
