This guide is perfect if you want to:
Set up survey notifications, to send a copy of survey submissions to you, your team, or submitters
Customise what happens after someone clicks "submit" on your survey
How to Set Up Survey Notifications and Submission Settings
In survey settings, you can set up a basic email notification to send a copy of the submitted answers to yourself or your team, or to the person who submitted the survey. You can also choose what will happen immediately after a person clicks "submit" - with either a thank you message, redirect, or simple confirmation page.

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to Site Pages > along the top menu bar, click [Surveys] > and open the survey you want to edit
Click on the 🔔 bell icon, in the top left of your screen, to customise notifications:
Toggle on Email Notification > and enter the email address you want to receive your notifications to in the Email (To)* field
(optional) Toggle on Auto Responder, to send an automated email to people who submit a survey, so they can review their answers
Click [Save], at the bottom of the notifications area
Note: If you would like more control or customisation, you can skip this for now. In upcoming steps, you will set up a survey workflow where you can add an Internal Notification or Send Email action to your workflow.
By default, the survey is set to show a simple thank you message when someone submits a survey, to change this click on the [Settings] tab, at the top middle of the page:
Update the message in the text box
Or select [Redirect to URL] from the drop-down, if you want to redirect them to a confirmation landing page or another page on your website or funnel
Or select [Order Confirmation] from the drop-down, to display a simple confirmation page instead
Add a Facebook Pixel ID and adjust settings for tracking
Under Survey Settings, you can enable/disable:
Create Contact on Partial Submission - to create contacts for incomplete submissions
Auto Navigation - to automatically go to the next slide after an answer is completed
Scroll to Top - to automatically scroll to the top of the next slide
Sticky Contact - to auto-fill contact details
Enable Timezone - to capture time zone information
Use GDPR Compliant Font - to enable GDPR compliant fonts
Click [Save], in the top right corner of the screen, to save your changes
