There are a few simple things to set up to get your workspace ready and make Ivorey™ work for your business.
This checklist covers the key foundations to get you up and running, so you can start making the most of Ivorey from day one. Work through the steps that apply to you, and tick them off as you go.
Setting up your business information is an important first step when you join Ivorey™ - this includes your company logo, contact information, the currency and timezone you operate in, and so much more.

If you have employees, a VA or team members you'd like to grant access to your account, it only takes a few simple steps to get them set up. When adding team members, you can choose to give them admin privileges and control what other parts of your account they do/don't have access to.

In order to sell products and get paid, you need to integrate a payment processor. Currently, we support integration with Stripe, PayPal, Square, NMI and Authorize.net. Almost all Ivorey™ members use Stripe, since it gives the most functionality.

Integrating your social media accounts into Ivorey™, enables you to manage DM's from one united inbox, use keyword automation, and schedule your content and manage comments using our social planner.

Manage the main areas of Ivorey™ directly from your phone. Access your Social Planner, Invoices, Tasks, Appointments, and Messages, on the go. In this step, we are going to customise the 100+ email templates inside your Ivorey™ account with your unique branding, headshot and signature. Submit Your BrandingCleaning your contacts, before importing them, is a crucial step for maintaining a healthy email list and boosting your deliverability. By starting with a clean list and using our in-built email verification tools, you increase the chances of landing in your audience's inbox, which leads to higher open rates and better overall engagement.

We want to make sure your emails are landing exactly where they should - in your recipients' inboxes, not their spam folders. To help build and protect your own sender reputation, all Ivorey™ members are required to set up their own dedicated sending domain.
It's a one-time setup that helps you build your domain's reputation over time and improves your chances of reaching the inbox.

We have a number of powerful AI tools built into Ivorey™ to help support you in building and managing your business.
Usage is charged on a pay-per-use basis for most of our built-in AI tools. To avoid any unexpected charges, we require all Ivorey™ members to submit the usage limits they would like applied to their account.
