step 1: set up your business information
Your company logo, contact information, the currency and timezone you operate in, and more. Everything else in your account builds on this.

step 2: connect your payment processor
In order to sell and get paid, you need an integrated payment processor. ivorey supports Stripe, PayPal, Square, NMI, Authorize.net, Adyen and Mercado Pago. Almost all members use Stripe, because it gives you the most functionality.

step 3: set up your email sending services
Every member sets up their own dedicated sending domain. It's a one-time setup that builds your own sender reputation over time, so your emails land in the inbox and not the spam folder.

step 4: create your brand board
Your brand board holds your logo, colours, typography and brand voice, so everything you build in ivorey feels cohesive and connected, and your clients get a consistent experience at every step of their journey.

step 5: get your email templates set up for you (complimentary)
Send us your logo and headshot, and we’ll set them up in your account so they appear automatically across all 150+ email templates. It’s our welcome gift to you. 💌
submit your brandingstep 6: add team members (optional)
If you have employees, a VA or team members who need access, it only takes a few steps. You can give them admin privileges and control which parts of your account they can see.

step 7: download the free apps (optional)
💻 On your desktop. Work in ivorey from your desktop instead of a browser tab. Everything works the same, with better performance, speed and offline access.

step 8: import your contact list (optional)
Cleaning your contacts before you import them keeps your list healthy and improves your deliverability. Start with a clean list and use ivorey's built-in email verification tools, and you give your emails a better chance of reaching the inbox, with higher open rates and better engagement.
