app gives your clients, students, and members easy access to their courses, communities, and content - right from their phones. It’s simple to use, and branded to your business.
Whether you're running a group program, membership, or online course, the app makes it easy to manage your communities and keep your clients engaged from wherever you (and they) are.

Once logged in, your members can:
Access their courses, modules, and lesson content
Post in their communities, engage in discussions, and comment on threads
View resources, videos, and downloads
Receive push notifications when you share announcements or updates
Track their progress through programs or course content
Customise their profile and add their social links
View and manage invoices, plus access any documents you’ve shared via their client portal
Manage their subscriptions and billing (if you have this setting toggled on)
This gives your clients one central place to stay connected, organised, and fully supported - all from their phone.
You and your clients can download the app using these links:
Push notifications keep clients connected to your updates.
On iPhone/Android: go to your mobile device Settings > Notifications and adjust preferences (banners, sounds, badges).
Inside the app: clients can manage in-app notification preferences (if available).
To give your clients access to Kollab
:
Create a Course or Community inside Ivorey
Publish the content and assign it to the appropriate contacts
Grant access to your client (you can trigger this via a Workflow or manually)
Direct your client to download the Kollab
app
They’ll use their email and password to log in and access the spaces they’ve been assigned
If a client is having trouble logging in:
Double check that their email is the same one used in their Ivorey
contact record
Ensure they’ve been granted access to the correct course or community
Ask them to reset their password if needed

While the app interface is managed by Kollab
, your business name and program banners will still be represented throughout the experience.

The Kollab
app is available to white-label with your business name, branding, and programs.
The setup process takes 3-4 weeks to complete Apple and Google’s requirements.
Once approved, your app is published in the app store for your clients or students to download.
The white-label app can be added for $79 USD/month on your current plan, and there will be additional registration fees to be paid directly to Apple and Google.
From the Ivorey
main menu, go to [Courses] > hover over [Client Portal] > [Branded Mobile App].
Click [Get Started] and follow the prompts.
Complete the form with your business details (per Apple/Google requirements).
Add your app branding (colours, images, etc.).
You’ll be notified when your app is live.
Yes, you can send notifications to users in the app! Use the community announcement feature to push updates straight to their phones.
Absolutely, course progress syncs across devices in real-time.

dashboard.
Switching between communities in the Kollab
app is simple. From the main menu on the top left, your clients can see all the communities they belong to and easily tap to move between them - no need to log out or switch accounts. This makes managing multiple groups effortless for you and effortless to navigate for your clients.
Yes! The Kollab
app automatically tracks your clients’ progress. When they return to a lesson, their video will resume right where they left off - making it easy to pick up without losing momentum.
