Frequently Asked Questions about Ivorey's Affiliate Program

How can I become an Ivorey Affiliate?

To become an IvoreyAffiliate, you can sign up here. Please make sure you also read our full terms and conditions here before signing up.

When will I get paid my affiliate commission?

All Affiliate Commissions are paid out on a net-30 basis, meaning there's a 30-day holding period after the commission is earned. The commission will then be paid within the first five business days (Monday through Friday) of the following month. For example, if someone signed up using your affiliate link on January 5th, your commission would be paid within the first five business days of March.

Why hasn't my affiliate commission been paid?

There are two main reasons why your affiliate commission hasn't been paid out yet:

  1. It is still in the net-30 day period. All our Affiliate Commissions are paid out on a net-30 basis, meaning there is a 30-day holding period after the commission is earned. The commission will then be paid within the first five business days (Monday through Friday) of the following month. For example, if someone signed up using your affiliate link on January 5th, your commission would be paid within the first five business days of March.

As we pay commissions in multiple currencies, this timeline ensures all conversions and payouts are processed accurately across our global affiliate base.

  2. Your PayPal ID hasn't been added to your Affiliate Portal yet. To add your PayPal email to your Affiliate Portal, please follow the steps below:

    1. Login to your affiliate portal https://members.ivorey.io/affiliate/campaign

    2. Click on the [Commissions] tab displayed along the top menu bar of your screen

    3. Click the [Add Payout Method] button and enter your PayPal email ID

Please Note: If you don't provide your PayPal email by the allocated payout date, your payout will be included in the next payment batch (processed on the last day of each month) once the correct details have been provided.

If you have connected your PayPal ID, and it's been 30 days since your affiliate signed up to Ivorey™, please reach out to our team via the chat widget to let us know so we can get this sorted as quickly as possible.

Why is the amount paid different to what's displayed in my affiliate portal?

The affiliate portal displays commissions in AUD, which may differ from the final payout figure if commissions are paid in a different currency. Commissions will be paid in the currency the referred customer subscribed to Ivorey™ with. For example, if the customer subscribed in USD, the commission will be paid in USD, even though the portal reflects amounts in AUD.

Why was my affiliate commission declined?

We don't decline affiliate commissions lightly, and so if you see an affiliate commission that has been declined that you don't understand, please reach out to our team via the chat widget so we can discuss this with you.

Your commission may have been declined if the referred customer did not use your unique affiliate link at the time of sign-up, or if they subscribed outside the 14-day cookie tracking period. Additionally, commissions are only paid on successfully processed payments that have not been refunded or charged back, and for subscriptions to the Forever Plan, not agency services or other products.

Please note: you must have an active Ivorey™ account to remain eligible for commissions. If your subscription is cancelled, outstanding or inactive at the time a commission is due, it will not be paid.

Where can I view my affiliate commissions?

You can view your affiliate commissions inside your affiliate portal under the Commissions tab. To view your commissions follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your affiliate portal https://members.ivorey.io/affiliate/campaign

  2. Click on the [Commissions] tab displayed along the top menu bar of your screen

  3. Here you will see all commissions approved, denied, paid, or due to be processed at the next payout date

Where can I view who has signed up through my affiliate link?

You can view your affiliate sign-ups inside your affiliate portal under the Leads/Customers tab. To view your leads/customers follow the steps below:

  1. Login to your affiliate portal https://members.ivorey.io/affiliate/campaign

  2. Click on the [Leads/Customers] tab displayed along the top menu bar of your screen

  3. Here you will see all potential leads and customers that successfully signed up to Ivorey™ using your link

Can I refer my own business?

The Ivorey™ Affiliate Program is designed to introduce new customers to Ivorey™. Referring yourself or your own businesses under the same ownership is not allowed. Each affiliate must introduce unique, unrelated customers to qualify for commission eligibility.

Can you manually add someone to my affiliate commissions?

As part of our Affiliate Terms and Conditions, we do not manually add affiliate commissions to your account. We have 14 day cookie tracking turned on for our Ivorey affiliate program, which means that as long as someone signs up to Ivorey within 14 days of clicking your unique referral link, they will be added to your affiliate portal to receive commissions for their subscription. It is your responsibility to ensure that your clients use your affiliate link prior to signing up to Ivorey, so while we understand it is frustrating when you give someone your link and they don't use it, we can not manually add them to ensure it is fair for everyone.
