Before You Dive In

This guide is perfect if you want to:
Grant admin access for your team to manage your community

Manage Your Community Visibility Settings
Log into your Community > go to [Settings] > [Details] tab.
Scroll down and select either [Public] or [Private]
Toggle [Accessible from Switcher]:
OFF if you don't want anyone to see your community available to join in their client portal
ON if you do want it to be seen, so people can browse your available communities and request to join (free) or signup (paid).
Click [Save].
Manage Community Admin Settings
You can invite new admins or assign admin roles to existing members inside your community. From inside your community:
To grant admin access to someone not yet in your community, select [Invite Members] on the right-hand side of your community > enter their Name and Email under "Invite via Email" > Toggle [Give Administrative Privileges] ON > then click [Send Invite].
To grant admin access to an existing community member, go to the [Members] tab > Click the three dots next to their name > select [Change Role] > [Admin].
Remove Community Members and Revoke Access
Inside your community, click the [Members] tab > find the member, click the three dots next to their name, then select [Remove Member].
You can also revoke any community and course access straight from the [Contact] tab of the Ivorey main menu, by clicking into their contact profile > scrolling down the left-hand panel > and removing any courses/offers.
Manage Requests To Join Your Community
Membership answers can be reviewed before approving new members.
Inside your community, click the [Members] tab.
Select the [Requested] tab to see pending requests, or click the three dots on an active member’s profile card > select [View Membership Answers].
Manage Community Notifications
You can manage notifications across chat, email, and app alerts.
Chat Features: Inside your Community, go to [Profile] (top right) > [Account Settings]. Toggle chat notifications ON/OFF.
Email Notifications: From your dashboard, go to [Courses] > [Client Portal] > [Settings] > [Email Settings] > [Communities] tab. Untick notifications you want to turn off > click [Save].
App Notifications: Download the LeadConnector app and manage notifications via your phone’s settings.

Yes! You can invite as many admins as needed to help manage members and settings.

No. Only admins can view submitted answers for review.

Yes! You can toggle this anytime in your [Community Settings].
