Step 1: Set Up a Webinar Funnel and Select a Template

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Site Pages] > [Webinars] > and click the [+ New Webinar Funnel] button, at the top right corner of your screen
Select the type of webinar funnel you're creating, either an On-Demand (pre-recorded) or a Live (live stream) webinar > and click the [Continue] button
Give your webinar a Name (e.g. How to Build Wealth Through Real Estate). If you selected a Live Webinar Funnel, you will need to fill in some additional details:
Timezone - this could be your time zone, or a centralised time zone such as AWST/CST
Date & Start Time - select the date and time your webinar will be live, in the time zone you've already selected
Enable Recurring Webinar - toggle this ON if you plan on doing a webinar series
When you're ready, click the [Next] button, to continue
Select the Registration Form you customised for your webinar, from the drop-down (you can start typing the name of the form to find it quicker) > and click the [Next] button
Connect your webinar content:
If you selected an On-Demand Webinar Funnel, upload your pre-recorded webinar from your computer or select it from the Media Library
If you selected a Live Webinar Funnel, paste in your live webinar link - grab this link from the scheduled event on your live streaming platform (e.g. Zoom)
Click the [Next] button, to open the funnel template library
The template library will automatically show all available webinar funnel designs. In the left-hand sidebar, under Type, select either Live or On-Demand to display the relevant templates. Browse the beautiful funnels we've pre-designed for you, by clicking the [Preview] button. Once you've picked one, click the [Choose Template] button to open the builder, and start customising in the next step
Your funnel will also now appear under [Webinars] in your account, if you want to come back to customise or edit later
Step 2: Important Page Settings
Before you begin customising, it's important to learn about and configure some important page settings. Please refer to our Site & Page Settings Overview guide for the detailed steps.
Step 3: Customise a Webinar Funnel Template
Please refer to our Design & Customise Your Site Pages guide to understand how our site/page builder works, and for all the steps on how to customise funnel pages.
Note: please do not start customising the actual page copy, images, etc. until you've read the live/on-demand funnel instructions below first, as there are some important things to adjust before you start customising. If you're already familiar with editing pages/funnels inside Ivorey™, you can go straight to the funnel-specific steps below.
How to Customise a Live Webinar Funnel Template

From the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Site Pages] > [Webinars] > click the funnel you want to customise > and click [Edit] on the first page, to open the builder
Before you dive into customising the colours, fonts, images and copy in your funnel, there are a few important things to adjust and note on each page:
On the Registration Page (first page):
Click on the Form element, in the top section of the page > and in the right-hand side panel, select the Registration Form you customised for your webinar, from the drop-down (you can start typing the name of the form to find it quicker)
Note: the default button action on the Form element is set to Go to next page. This means after someone submits the form, to register for your webinar, they will be redirected to the next page in the funnel (the Confirmation Page). We recommend you do not change this setting.
Click on the Countdown element, in the top section of the page > and in the right-hand side panel, scroll down to the Timer Settings to set the End Date, End Time and Time Zone for the countdown timer (this should be set to when your webinar will go live)
Note: do the same for any other Countdown elements on the page
Click on the [Layers] tab (in the top left toolbar) > click on the drop-down arrow, next to Popup > click on [Popup] and you will see the popup display on your screen > click on the Form element and select your Registration Form
Note: This popup is linked to all of the CTA buttons on the Registration page. When someone clicks any of the "Get my ticket" buttons, the form will pop-up so they can register and be directed to the next page.
When you're done customising, click the Save icon, in the top right corner, to save your changes > click on the [Pages] tab > and click on the [Confirmation Page]
On the Confirmation Page:
Click on the Countdown element, to customise the Timer Settings like you did previously
When you're done customising, click the Save icon, to save your changes > click on the [Pages] tab > and click on the Broadcast/Expired Page
On the Broadcast/Expired Page:
Note: This page serves a dual purpose - after someone registers, they will receive a confirmation email with a link to this page.
From here, as soon as the timer hits zero, they will automatically be redirected to your live webinar. Or if they come here after your live webinar has ended, this will be where they can watch the replay video.
It's also where you have the opportunity to direct them to your upsell.
Click on the Countdown element, to customise the Timer Settings > and in the Expire Actions settings, under Redirect URL, paste in the link to your scheduled event on your live streaming platform (e.g. Zoom)
After you've customised all of the colours, fonts, images and copy on this page, you will need to hide the Webinar Ended and Webinar Replay sections, as you will only need these after your webinar ends. To do this:
Click on the [Layers] tab > click on the drop-down arrow, next to Page, to view all of the main sections on the page > click the (…) three dots on the Webinar Ended section > and select [Hide]
Do the same for the Webinar Replay section
(optional) Decide if you want to hide the Webinar Upsell section until after your webinar
(optional) If you would like to change where the Call to Action button leads to, click on the button element. The default Button Action is set to Go to next page. This means when someone clicks here, they will be redirected to the next page in the funnel (the Sales Page). If you don't want to utilise the full sales funnel pages we've included, you can change this action:
Select [Go to Page] and select the [Order Page] to direct straight to the checkout page (you can then delete the sales page later)
Select [Website URL] and paste the link to an already existing sales funnel, or to your calendar booking page
After your live webinar is over, you will need to come back to this page, to hide the original Webinar Hero section (countdown section) and unhide the the Webinar Ended and Webinar Replay sections. To do this:
Click on the [Layers] tab > click on the drop-down arrow, next to Page, to view all of the main sections on the page > click the (…) three dots on the Webinar Hero section > and select [Hide]
Click the (…) three dots on the Webinar Ended section > and select [Show]
Do the same for the Webinar Replay and the Webinar Upsell section (if you chose to hide it earlier)
Click on the Video element, in the Replay section > under Video Type, select [Hosted Video] (not Webinar Video) > click [Select Video] and upload your webinar recording from the media library, or straight from your device > and click [Video Thumbnail] to upload a cover image. Scroll down to Redirect Unregistered Visitors, toggle this ON > and select the [Webinar Registration] page if you want anyone who lands on this page without registering, to be redirected to the registration first
When you're done customising, click the Save icon, to save your changes > click on the [Pages] tab > and click on the Sales Page
Edit the Sales Page, Order Page, and Thank You Page, as you would with any Sales Funnel. In the next step, you will connect your product/offer to the funnel.
