Step 1: Choose a Sales Funnel Template From The Ivorey™ Template Library
We've created beautiful sales funnel templates that you can choose from and customise to suit your own offer and brand - if you don't want to start from scratch. Each sales funnel template includes a sales page, checkout page, and thank you page. This training walks you through how to choose and import a funnel template into your account.

To import a sales funnel template from our template library, from the Ivorey™ main menu, go to [Sites] > [Funnels] and click [+ New Funnel]. Choose [From Template] to open the funnel template library. This will automatically show all available sales funnel designs
Browse the beautiful designs we've pre-made for you, and preview any funnel by clicking the 👁 icon. Once chosen, click [Use This Template] to import it into your account
If you want a full sales funnel, look for Sales Funnel templates
If you want a simplified order funnel, look for the Order Funnel template. Alternatively, you can still import a full Sales Funnel and just delete the sales page, leaving only the Order Form and Thank You Page
Once imported, your funnel will appear under [Funnels] in your account and is ready to customise in the next step
Step 2: Important Page Settings
Before you begin customising, it's important to learn about and configure some important page settings. Please refer to our Site & Page Settings Overview guide for the detailed steps.
Step 3: Rebrand The Sales Funnel Template
Your sales page is where you present your offer, create trust, and help someone confidently say “yes.” This training shows you how to design and customise the Sales Funnel template using the Ivorey™ website builder.
Set up your brand board first to easily select your brand colours and fonts when customising your funnel.

To start customising the funnel template, go to [Sites] > [Funnels], select your funnel, and click [Edit] on the Sales Page

Once you’re happy with each page, click [Save], or if you're ready for your funnel to go live to the web, click [Publish]

Can I add custom fonts to my funnel pages?
Absolutely! If you don't want to use the thousands of free Google Fonts available, you can upload your own font file and use some basic code. Here's our training on how to do that.
What is the difference between the padding and the margin settings?
What is the difference between the padding and the margin settings?
The 'padding' is for internal spacing, and the 'margin' is for external spacing. For best practice, adjust the internal padding settings to format spacing between your elements.
Please note: Even when the margin settings are showing 0 or auto you may still need to manually adjust values manually to 0 to reset any spacing automatically created.
To adjust your margin and/or padding settings, click on the element directly > then click on the 'Styles' tab on the right-hand menu > and scroll to 'Margin & Padding
Why is my popup not showing when I click the button?
Why is my popup not showing when I click the button?
To get your popup to show in your funnels, you just need to:
Click on the popup icon of your top menu bar
Then click on the [Popup Settings] button at the top of your popup
Next on the right hand side you'll see a settings menu > scroll down to 'Disable Popup'
Make sure this is toggled OFF so that your popup will show when your button is clicked.
