We have created a very simple funnel template called an Order Funnel for anyone who wants to leverage Ivorey
order forms without needing to build a whole sales page. The order funnel is simply this:
A web page with a short description of your offer and an order form to collect payment
A thank you page to redirect to upon successful payment
An email to send after purchase confirming/delivering their order
A workflow that automatically sends that email and tags the buyer
It’s essentially the same as a full sales funnel, minus the long sales page. Instead, you just direct straight to the order page. This is perfect for anyone who has a website built on an external platform (outside of Ivorey)
Go to Sites > Funnels, Click [+ New Funnel] and choose from the Funnel Template Library
Search for "Order" and select the template called Order Form Only Funnel (No Sales Page). This funnel includes just a checkout page and thank you page
Customise both pages (swap photos, write your product name, change colours etc). Ensure to hit [Publish] on each page once you're done
Back on the main funnel screen, ensure your Order Form page is highlighted and go to the Products tab
Select your chosen product from the drop down menu. This is what will show up on your order form. If no products are showing, it means you haven't added your products into Ivorey yet. To do that, from the main menu of Ivorey go to Payments > Products and add your product. It will then be available from the drop-down menu back inside your funnel
If you want multiple price points to show (e.g. payment plan and pay in full), simply repeat the process for each price point
From the main Ivorey menu, go to Marketing > Emails > Templates and find our "Post-Purchase Email for [Product Name]" email template. If you can't see this, just select the [+New Email] button on the top right and search our template library. Alternatively, come into the chat widget and we'll gladly bulk import all our bonus email templates straight into your account
Customise the template with your own text, colours, images etc. Upload the digital product, URL or call link into the button
Change the email subject line, rename it for easy reference, then hit [Save]
From the main Ivorey menu, go to Workflows > Create New. Name the workflow "When customer purchases [Product Name]" for easy reference
Set the trigger to Order Submitted and add the filter Global Product = [Select your product]. Add another filter if you need to drill down by specific price points
Add the following action steps:
Add a Send Email step and pull in the template that you made in the previous step
Add a Add Contact Tag step and create a tag called "purchase: product name" or similar
Add an Internal Notification step and select notification. Use text such as: {{contact.name}} just purchased [insert your product name]. This will send you a notification when you make a sale (ensure you've downloaded our "LeadConnector" app to your phone)
Toggle onto [Publish] mode and hit [Save]
Back under your funnel, go to the Settings tab and ensure your domain has been connected
Set the page path to "/product-name". This is what the URL will become e.g. yourdomain.com/product-name
Toggle the payment into test mode, open the URL and place a test order
When you're ready to share, turn your funnel back into Live mode and share the URL anywhere you like (e.g. inside a button on your website)
Whenever somebody clicks that button, they will be led straight to your order page to checkout and buy
