If you’re wondering why an automated email (like an invoice, document, or calendar notifications) shows a different subject line than expected - it’s because these emails use the subject line set inside the original template. The good news is, you can edit this any time by accessing the email template area - where all your emails get stored in one place.
Here are a few things to know:
Subject lines always come from the email template itself.
You can update them for any type of template in your library.
If you want personalization (like a client’s first name), you can add that with custom values.
Once saved, the new subject line will carry across wherever that template is used.
