Ivorey™ Apps Included in Your Subscription

App #1: LeadConnector (Your Ivorey™ Account)

This app is designed for you and your internal team to manage your business backend while on the go. You can:

  • Manage tasks, invoices, conversations, bookings

  • Respond to chats, calls, and notifications

  • Access your Social Planner, Pipelines, and CRM

Yourself and your team should use your Ivorey™ login credentials to access this app. Think of it as a light mobile version of your usual Ivorey™ account.


App #2: Kollab (Your Courses, Communities, Client Portal)

This is your client-facing app, available to any contact who has been granted access to your courses, communities, and client portal.

  • Engage with posts, comments, and likes without needing a desktop

  • Resume course content, browse syllabi, and switch between modules

  • View contracts, invoices, shared files, and manage active subscriptions

  • Update their profile, account information, and social media links

  • Stay connected on the go and pick up right where they left off

Once a contact is invited and has an active login, they can use the Kollab app to access content, manage documents, and interact with your business on mobile. Login details for Kollab will be the email and password that your clients/students setup for their client portal, e.g. when they joined your community or course.


Optional Upgrade: Whitelabel the Kollab App

For a fully branded experience, you can choose to whitelabel the Kollab app for $79 USD/month.

This includes:

  • Your own app name, logo, and accent color

  • Listing in the Apple and Google Play stores under your own branding

  • The same exact structure and functionality as the Kollab app

Important Notes:

  • A 4–6 week build period applies

  • Developer accounts (Apple + Google) are required and paid separately

  • No additional customisation (beyond name/logo/colors) is available at this time
